First Cycle. I'm Over My Head

I’m training for an ultra endurance race. Every since I started training for the race my libido is suffering. I feel so tired from my workout regime, and I don’t have energy for anything. I decided to prematurely do a cycle of test prop and proviron. I was hoping this would up my energy levels, help recovery time and kick in my sex drive.

This is my first cycle. I mistakenly have been dosing at 50 mg twice a week of testosterone prop. I thought what I had ordered was test cyponiate. My proviron dosage is 50 mg a day. I would like to stop taking both drugs. I want to do so in a way that doesn’t wreck my system. I have read a lot on different forums, but I can’t find any answer that would apply to my situation.

My cycle is hitting the 60 days mark. Do I need to do anything for pct? Should I get my blood tested? Next time I will put much more effort into learning the science and the do’s and don’t. If anyone has recommendations, it would be greatly appreciated.

You need proper pct drug(s) and blood work after. The problem is going to be that you don’t have blood work from before, so you don’t have a baseline. But big picture you’ll know if you’re feeling better, so you’ll probably get away with it this time.

Get your hands on some tamoxifen (Nolva) or clomiphene (Clomid) and take them daily for four weeks. The dosage suggestions are usually something like this:
Weeks 1&2 40 mg/d (Nolva) or 50 mg/d (Clomid)
Weeks 3&4 20 mg/d (Nolva) or 25 mg/d (Clomid)

You’ll see Clomid run higher than this sometimes. Guys will say run it 100/100/50/50 but it seems like overkill and also, anecdotally, comes with a lot of emotional side effects. Nolva is know to have fewer side effects. Some of this is actual science, some of it is just the zeitgeist (or broscience if you will). The only way to know is to start your pct and see how you feel at the end of it.
