First Cycle Help

I have been doing months of research on cycles and steroids, but am very new to this site. I just wanted opinions and suggestions on starting my first cycle.
A few stats: I lift pretty heavy 5 days a week and try to hit cardio 1-2 days a week.
I am 21 years old, 6’1, 193 lbs., body fat=10.9%… I am also taking propecia to stop some minimal hair loss on the crown of my head, which is another reason i am asking for help. I didnt know what i could take for a lesser chance for more hair loss and if i could take my propecia while on my cycle. I hope thats every thing.

can anyone give me any suggestions or advice?

its somewhat hypocritical of me to give advice given ive never TAKEN roids yet, but, ive done what i’d think would be the required research, and i have similar goals/patterns as you.

one thing i do have more of than you… 4 years on the age. may want to seek confirmation of this, but 21 is kind of the earliest i’d think steroids would be safe to use. i personally would rather live 85 prosperous years than 40 well built ones, so i havent even humored the idea until lately.

blah, ok, so now if you die i feel less guilty. with that said:

oral turinabol or primo. probably the tbol, 40-60mg/day for what everybody says, 4-6 weeks, then 2 weeks of PCT for the shutdown. PCT being clo or nol. ive read goods and bads about both… one post even said nol can lead to VISION LOSS? WTF? cant confirm that yet though.

milk thistle is pretty predominant in threads here. liv52 and like 20 others ive seen all have milk thistle in them.

again… no personal experience here… just passing along the notes.

  • update: eh…Tbol + PCT + liver health. i wasnt thinking about the DHT element in primo that aggravates the hair loss.

yeah, hair loss is one of the main factors for me… along with health altogether ofcourse!!!

You would probably get more help if you gave the vets something to work with. Goals, no shit you want lean mass, but how much 10 lbs, 20 lbs?
Why are you doing cardio if your trying to gain muscle?

Also its very apparent that you did not read and study the Steroid Newbe thread. There is enough information in there to have you studying and googling your ass off for a month. Also they posted long list of steroid profiles so you could find out on your own which gear would be good and bad for you to use for hair lose. Damn, do a little work yourself.

I’m sorry if this seems to be a rant but you guys keep coming on here with your silly fuckin posts and your going to ruin it for the rest of the people who actually do there homework.

Now, not that my advise is worth two shit but here it is: Your 21, take the next five years to learn all you can about gear and then come back a post a cycle for critique.

i want to put on 10-15 lbs. of lean muscle… for the vets. The cardio is just to stay leaner than i would be. thanks for your honest opinion, i will do more homework. If anyone else has any suggestions, i am def open.

You’re still a bit young IMO and under-experienced.

However, to answer your questions there are several potential choices for lean mass Winny, Primo, Deca, Anavar, Tren & Tbol to name a few. Frankly, you can use almost anything with the proper synergists. If you truly wanna get shredded to you’ll need things like Clen and Cytomel
