Sooo…you are saying taking the PCT out??? Because there definitely needs to be at least a 2 week gap between the last inject of gear prior to the first week of PCT. Not sure if your example is not descript enough or if you are just slightly misinformed. Also, 4000 iU of hCG/ week??? No, not hardly. Initiator, please read the sticky on SERMS and AIs also the one on PCT. Make sure you verify all of the info you collect through several sources prior to attempt at use.[/quote]
I understand what hes saying. I hadn’t planned on starting PCT until 21 days after my last injection. Sustanon, from what i hear is in you system an additional 3-4 weeks after your lasts pin… SO… your saying just bridge the PCT gap with the HCG… Either way 2000iu seems a bit extreme to me from what i have heard being that this is my first run at this and all. Dont you think?
No major medical body provides guidelines for PCT protocols. All that we have is anecdotal evidence. ie trial and error. The reference was included, i.e. the PCT that Dave Palumbo recommends for which you can look on many websites and his old MD articles. It is also similar to the protocol which Llewellyn recommends, though he prefers nolvadex to aridimex and a higher dosage of hcg 2500iu eod for a shorter period. see pg 87 of his latest book.
If you want to wait for the sust to taper off then I see the logic in that. But at 21 days you may have a big drop off on exogenous T and no endogenous T so I wouldnt wait that long. Again, just my opinion. Maybe 1 or 2 weeks if you have a concern because no steroid tapers at a linear rate; it varies considerably from person to person and environmental factors can change this too. I’d rather not have a big gap. The easiest way to deal with this is to get weekly blood work to see what your actual levels are but that would cost a lot if you dont have access to a lab. Remember that the 21 day number is an average taken from a larger sample size.
I have used this regime (sans the Aridimex) using enanthate, ie long acting e, with my first injection of HCG a few days ie 3-4 after my last e injection several times and my blood work showed my T levels returned to normal range and stayed there months later. Waiting a week or two may be more optimal but I havent done that and it worked fine. That is the trial and error bit. My cycles are generally a gram a week of cyp/enanthate and an anabolic (say 300mg of boldenone) for 16 weeks. So pretty long duration and fairly androgenic. If you want to try a lower dose of hcg then do so but check your t levels in your blood work and adjust accordingly. But 2000-2500iu is not an unheard of amount and the fact that it is your first cycle doesnt matter. what matters is how your body reacts. Some people recover very quickly. Others take a long time. Everyone is different.

SO in your opinion. I should take HCG starting 3 or 3 days after my last sust shot/…? Your saying it wont matter the extra test is in my system its just going to jump start my normal test production. So i would then do as you had said previously
