First Cycle H-Drol

i am thinking about starting my first cycle of h-drol… A little stats about me. i am 20 i am 190lbs and have been working out for about 5 years now. my caloric intake is anywehre from about 3500 to 4000cals. i have been doing a lot of research about ph’s and decided on h-drol. my cycle will look like this:

week 1: pre load with life support
week 2-7: h-drol dosed at 50/50/75/75/75 and life support
PCT
week 7-11: nolva dosed at 20/20/10/10 also activate xtreme.

Hows this cycle sound good…bad…anything missing. I have been reading a lot about AI’s but am leaning twords not adding one due to having nolva.

Why would even think of adding an AI? Do you know what they do?

yea i know what they do i was just worried about gyno and some were saying throw in a light dose of an AI.Thats the only reason i considered it other wise i thought my pct looked good

I could give you a rough outline for a format that seems to be popular here:

Run h-drol at 75-100mg - below 75mg seems to yield little no to results going on reports. It can be run higher as long as its under 6 weeks as its relatively easy on the liver vs. other methyls. Keep the liver supps up though!

Run h-drol for 6 weeks… people seem to report back that it takes a while for h-drol to kick in. Some people have suggested using another methyl (preferably a type 1 - h-drol is a type 2) to kick start the cycle.

You will likely need another bottle of h-drol.

Up nolva dose to 40/40/20/20… 40/40/20/10… or something similar. OTC test boosters and similar products are like a drop in the ocean during your PCT… perhaps delay them till mid PCT or save till after. It certainly wouldn’t hurt to use your suggested product but Tribulus containing compounds seem to be very popular.

Also as far as support supps go - Im quite fond of CEL’s Cycle Assist… but thats just me. One tub will last you about 4 weeks.

No AI required.

Also keep in mind that the minimum reccomended age before starting PH’s seems to be 21… MINIMUM… some people suggest waiting till about 25!

Also without a sensible and progressive diet/training program you wont make exceptional gains… or keep what you do manage!

The thing youre thinking of using doesn’t aromatize. How do you supposed gyno can occur?

thanks for the cycle help although i think a h-drol and havoc stack might be a little much for my first cycle. i like the first cycle of h-drol although i think im only going to go up to about 75mg for three weeks. 100mg seems to be a lot and i have been reading that 75mg is a sweet spot for h-drol. also you suggest using activate extreme in mid pct and not right away. Also 20/20/10/10 dosing for nolva would work rather well for this cycle no?

i know it doesnt aromatize i was just wondering about rebound gyno. but i am 6’1-6’2 havent checked height in a while and weight about 190lbs.

I know it does not arromatize i was just refering to rebound gyno. but i am 6’1 or 6’2 have not checked height in a while and my weight is 190lbs.

At your age you need to learn how to eat.

6’1.5" 190 is stupid skinny to be thinking of steroids so young. You will just be wasting your time. If you dont learn how to gain weight naturally you will resort to using AAS as a crutch.

but i do eat like feen i cant get over this 190 hump. when i left hs i was 172 and now soph year in college im 190. i eat every 2 to 3 hours and have my cal count real high. i get my veges fruites protien fats carbs i try to get in the adiquate amount of mins and vits in my diet also. right now im about to eat a pb&j sandiwch with a bannana and yogurt as a snack its my second thing to eat td. for breakfast i had 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites with cherizo (mexican sausage) 2 cups of skim milk and some fruity pebels (i love them)

A normal breakfast for me is 4-6 whole eggs with cheese. And a 3 packets of plain (unsweetened) instant oatmeal with some rasins and dried cranberrys. And a piece of fruit.

If you want to argue the fact that you dont know how to eat, that’s fine. Knock yourself out. But I’m not saying that because I dont want you to use steroids. I dont give a shit what you do. But those two meals are a joke.

no im not trying to argue with you at all. by your pics your obviously a lot bigger than i am. i thought maaybe i had it right with the eating.i guess i dont though. i just feel if i eat like you just discribed i would put on more fat then mass. how do you eat whole eggs and cheese but are still ripped thats what i dont get? i thought by eating healthy and eating a lot i would gain good solid muscle with minimal fat increasing.

Choosing to avoid cheese is fine. I’m not saying everyone should eat like I do. I dont gain fat no matter what I eat. But I also started lifting weights when I was about 130lbs. Gaining any sort of mass is a struggle for me.

And dont imply that cheese is unhealthy. What’s unhealthy about it? What’s unhealthy about an egg yolk?

What do you spend your time doing on this site? THere are plenty of nutrition articles.

And eating healthy and eating a lot will put on mass, undoubtedly. The problem is you aren’t eating a lot. Do you count your calories? and not lie to yourself. Regardless of how much you think you eat it isn’t enough. That’s all it comes down to. If you aren;t gaining weight and getting stronger you need to eat more of the right foods. This is especially true for people who aren’t close to big.

Your posts sound like someone who needs to forget everything you think you know and start all over again.

to be honest i havent been on this site in a while i forgot about how much more informative this one is compaered to others such as bb.com and phf.com but i guess your right i should restart on some knowledge start eating like a big boy or bigger boy. i will deffinatly up my cals a lot more. what do your other meals of the day look like?

I also started my cycle a few days ago (monday) i preloaded with life support for a week and started the h-drol monday. i want to finish the cycle. as of now though i am going to double up on all the foods i was eating increasing my calls dramatically. and continue to do so even after the cycle is over. my main goal is to just look, feel, and get shredded. although i know thats hard i dont really have the body for it but i want to make the most out of the potential i do have.

The rest of my meals dont matter. We have comepletely different bodies. I can maintain 175 pounds with 3000 calories. And 180 with around 3300. I eat mostly red meat, ground turkey, fish and eggs for my protein. Potatoes, yams, brown rice and oatmeal for carbs. Olive oil, nuts, and animal fat for my fat sources.

Are you going to post before and afters?

your ONLY 175? from your pics you look well over the 200lbs mark. i just want to get to at leasst 200 or 205.

No I was just giving you a reference of the difference in calories it takes FOR ME to stay at different weights. I haven’t weighed myself in months. I’m probably around 180 right now but I dont bulk during the summer because of sports.
