so im 25 been training off and on for the past few years… and very consistantly for the last 8 months… 6’1’’ 193 lbs… bout ten or 12 percent bf… im wanting to run my first cycle so since im a begginer im thinking just test. prop… by its self… i figured since im new i didnt need to stack it with anything… i was thinking 500 to 600 mcg… a week…
