My Bench max probably resides in the 275-300 range as a 1 rep max. I have been doing Military religiously for as long as I can remember, Flat bench not so long as I have used Dbells for last year or so, as I was told it was better for long armed tall mofos like myself,
Now admitted I don’t bring the bar down to my chest like I do with 185, but I def bring it to my chin.
When We did MPresses last I hit 225 twice to the chin.
Also remember I am doing one exercise per muscle group each workout. Generally for 3-4 sets of 6-8 and the last set to failure which in this case was 225. And of course to say that 900mg of Vitamin T doesn’t help would be a gross understatement.
Before this cycle I never even tried more than 165. Test is a wonderful thing.
Started week 6 today and shot around 500mg today had to clear ou t the vial.
Still all Quad shots still perfect!
Adex arrived today… sweet. Yummy stuff NO!
But if it makes me stop scratching my nipples like Tyrone Biggums than it’s worth it.
My spotter won’t be able to make it today so I am going to have to do Squats on the Smith Machine, I know that has the ghey, but approx how much weight should I increase to get similar effect.
I was planning on 4 sets of 6-failure at 315 in the box, so what 350???
Hopefully someone can answer this I know it is a strange question, but in my experience Ol’Smithy makes it A LOT easier.

I started big toe raises on Leg Press Machine
3 sets 0f 8. 7 seconds hold on tip toe and 15 sec hold on stretch.
Seated Calf raises
1 45lb Plate
3 sets to failure. 7 seconds hold on tip toe (heels out) 15 sec hold on stretch
3 sets to failure 7 seconds hold on tip toe (heels in) 15 sec hold on stretch
Not sure how many reps as it was agonizing.
I would just go until my legs started shaking like crazy and then stop for about 30 secs and start again.
Legs were aching so I sat down on a bike between two portly ladies and put in some fast peddling whilst listening to Iron Maiden. Approx 12 mins.
By the time I bs’d in the vitamin shop and drove home I felt 100% again.
Good job, Rand. I like that calf exercise. I think I might give it a go next time I do legs(too bad I did them today before I read this!). Looking forward to progression pics.
Not bad. I’ve actually been trying to gather some new recipes to try and make new food/shakes. I usually eat roughly the same thing/type of thing almost daily, and it doesn’t bother me. I am going to try experimenting a bit though. I’ve seen some good ideas, like World’s/your God-Food shake, that I may tweak a bit(not that it needs it though- just might experiment a bit).

I was pretty upset about the weight loss, and I know cardio may have something to do with that, but I am going to start dirtying up the diet a bit on the off days/weekends.
Tonight I got 36 wings from Bdubs and was only able to eat 22.
