First Cycle Diet

Yeah, I am feeling that it was def the right decision.

Gains are looking good. Prob due to my dehydration from last night, but I look damn lean today, this is actually kinda cool!
Arms are actually sore as shit! Damn those drag curls!

Arms are measuring 16 1/4" so it appears to be working.

Well gotta get some late night fat calories and some sleep.

Tomorrow is gonna be gang busters in the gym.

Great job so far man.

I was a little puzzled about one of your posts though. You said you were going to bulk to 250, then expect to be a “lean” 240??

Nothing personal, but given your current pics/experience etc, and everything, I think this might be a “stretch” to say the least buddy. Define “lean” for me please. Surely you would be in mid “teens” at that weight and your current frame proportions. Just a bit curious as to how lean you are shooting for.

              Again, nice work though, and really am just curious to your take on being lean.

Hey bro, it’s is like I said a lofty goal!
I hope to reach 250, and then about 30 days post cycle I will try to get the fat out. I will prob Vdiet for 2 weeks or so, and try to get my idea of lean which would be 12-13%. I am not planning on shredded or ripped, but I will work damn hard to get some abs “showing”.

I agree that at 250 I will be shoulders, traps and legs. With a smooth belly…
So I am hoping (key word) to get that 10 pounds of fat which I no doubt have and then some around my mid section to vanish.

It’s funny but the only part of my body that is not strecthing skin is my mid section (Love handles and Gas Tank)

Albeit lofty, thems my goals!

        Good enough, and it sounds like you're coming up on the winners circle at that! Hope you get the abs to show, I'm in the same boat. Just started my cut today, made it through with around 2400 cals. Aiming for 2200, at 45/45/10, pro/fat/cho. Went good today and got stocked up for the next couple weeks or more. Carbs am/fat pm pro throughout. The usual suspects lol..

Yeah the Jem rocks. Got an early one and custom painted it myself. Looks very similar to this one. Candy green melting into candy cobalt blue, with silver white marbilizer underneath all. Fucking wicked lol.

Felt good other than my failure at bench. I was way off on my 6-8 rep max.

I incorporated Xtend today which is a BCAA Stack powder that mixes with water.
Pretty good stuff!

Body looks lean too. I will get some new pics next week.

I am now 1 Inj into week 5, I am starting to see a bit of roundness in my face not much though, my neck is much fuller as pointed out by a guy at the gym. I think maybe my strength gains have slowed but now mass gaines are starting to pick up. I also noticed for whatever reason I look tan. Not sure why… but I do. At least a little red all over, like I’ve been sunning or something.

Tone, i role with a a Fender California Fat Strat, DH1 Humbucker, and two Gilmour single coils. Makes for a great shredder and a great blues guitar. Also custom painted. Stripped all paint off to bare wood. Then stained it Crayon Green. It’s def one of a kind! ha!

Was 315 supposed to be your 6 RM?? That’s a big jump from 225 to 315 man. Maybe you should try warming up truly light. 135x5, 185x5, then work up in weight. I find it keeps me fresher to limit reps but do more gradual warmup sets. Just a thought.

Aragorn, agreed 100% I guess I “thought” that 315 would be my 6 RM. But I was wrong… My boat load of failure had just docked!

I don’t know my maxes and with AAS they are constantly changing… I majorly over-shot.
The guys I was working out with were repping 495, so I felt like a putz.

I am going to have to stick with 235-255 for 4 sets of 6-8 next time. I’ll just have to be ok with not knowing my real Max, cause frankly it doesn’t matter!

I am after gains, and gains only.

Don’t worry about your maxes, Randizo. Just keep on making slow improvements, that’s what counts. Also, outside of the internet and the people you work out with, no one gives a shit what you can max (unless you’re a powerlifter, which you and I are not). My lifts are far less than I “look like” I lift, and that suits me just fine, because 99% of the people I know in real life don’t have any idea what I lift, but are impressed with how I look and just assume that I can lift a lot, anyway.

Weight gains are slowing but strength is still feeling good.

Occasionally itchy nips but no bloat or emotional sides to speak of. Again, the 900mg have yet to release as i started a bit lower with 750mg, the 900mg should be releasing late next week.

Have you had to use the a’dex so far or has it gone fine without till this point?

I used a buddies for 2 days when I got the itching, and it went away. So, I ordered my own. It’s not here yet, should be tomorrow.
Odd that I’ve had nearly no side to this point.

How in the hell can you military 225 for 3 but only bench 245 for 4? Are you doing 2 inch presses? Not talking shit, this is a legitimate question. I can get 245 for 6[pr is 8], and I’d put money I couldn’t military 185 for a single.
