I wouldn’t cut too soon post cycle. Attempt to keep your new gains for a little while before you attempt to seriously lean out. I think that if you cut too soon you may lose a higher percentage of your hard earned lean mass. Again, just my opinion.

I am thinking of holding on to everythign for about 45 days or so then starting to cut. I used the Vdiet before and had great results with it. If I need to do that much I will, but I may just be able to do it more naturally with higher reps and more cardio and backing calories down.
Good progress, Rand. You’ve made good progress, and I don’t see any fat gain, but you can def. see an improvement in your back.
I somewhat remember your early pics before the t-bol cycle and these definitely look like youve added mass and like tico said minimal fat gain.
Thanks! Yeah Tbol is not for the beginner. I think it’s probably a better maintenance compound than anything. I’ve heard people say it’s like Dbol without the bloat. It didn’t do much for me, I felt some strength gains but TEST is definitely the way of the serious student.
I will post some before shots with the finals too. I have approx 6 more weeks to go at 900/mg so wish me luck.
Game_Over World had said scrap the dbol and just use it for another cycle. Would I get anything from say 20mg/Day? Pre-Workout? Or is that just overkill? Questions is also for World!

IMHO, most people need a lot of food to grow. You can bend the rules a bit while on AAS. Your body needs fat to grow. Your body needs carbs to grow. Your body needs protien to grow. Eat it all man, eat everything in sight.
This does not mean Mcdonalds twice a day. I have personally found however that I cannot get down enough “clean calories” to grow, I have to throw some dirty stuff in. A typical day for me?
7 whole eggs
cheese
grits
2 pieces of toast with butter
2 slices of bacon
1 glass whole milk
shake with 16oz whole milk and 60grams Metabolic Drive or weight gainer powder
either leftovers from last night, or fast food. IE 3 hamburgers with fries and a shake.

This honestly is no longer enough for me to grow at a quick pace. This is about what it takes to maintain my weight of 250lbs.
Your training seems to be on point. Keep up the heavy compound movements. Best advice I could give you is to find a partner, preferably someone much bigger and stronger. Keep training hard, eating big and good things will happen. Best of luck.

i really like the idea of 8-900mg / week shorty as a first… if the person is sensible this shold be good for you. What were his reasons for you stopping the dianabol? were you having side issues or do you not have enough to run the 50mg a day for 3-4 weeks? Im sure he told you to stop for a certain reason. InTheZone always liked d-bol preworkout as he said it gave him a big energy boost. If you dont have enough i wouldnt really bother with 20mg a day just save it.

I have a shit -ton of them. Think I bought 333pcs. There the 5mg Thai Dbol, I could take as many as needed, but I’m thinking maybe it’s too much?
Or maybe I’ll toss back about 6-8 today before workout and see if I get an energy boost. That’s one odd thing about TEST (IMO) You feel like dookey and don’t really want to go the gym, but once you start lifting you don’t want to stop because heavy weight gets so much easier.???

What week are you in now? if it were me i’d wait until week 4 when you were going to start them, see if you are having any adverse sides from the test. If nothing too serious i wouldnt see y not go for the d-bol too? at least try it out ya know? plus introducing them once almost a gram of test is in full swing should be nice!
Yea, I kind of like that idea that Game suggests about using the Dbol once the Test has fully kicked in. A lot of people say to use the Dbol to kick start, but I’ve always wondered what it would be like to “kickstart” after the test gains were coming.
Well here’s the deal…
My cycle has changed mid-stride…
Week 1 600mg
Week 2 600mg
Week 3 750mg
Week 4 900mg ( I have only done 450 I am in week 4 right now, and the other 450 will be Thursday)
Now whether or not I feel the test in my system yet, it’s really hard to tell for me. I look bigger and am lifting more weight but don’t really feel different other than short of breath sometimes. So, I def do not have a gram of test released in me yet. I guess that won’t happen until week 8.
Should I be noticing any other differences?
I am a very mellow person so I don’t think temper, snapping etc… will be an issue.
If I keep making gains and no sides, then sweet, but I was expecting more androgenic sides to occur, namely good ones like focus, intensity etc…
Otherwise I have no idea when to kick the Dbol in if I choose to go that route. I have a feeling I will be bloating up enough without it.
If you’re making good gains still, which it appears you are, then I don’t see the point in adding an oral.
Yes, you would get a small boost, but it is hardly worth it IMO. Save the dbol for a cycle with a lower dose of test and another injectable compound.

Ok, being the gopher that I am, I decided to go with 40mg Dbol today pre-workout just to see what it did. Honestly, other than making me feel like I had a temperature of 200 degrees and sweating my ass off, and breathing heavy… I didn’t notice any positives. I won’t be doing that again.
Maybe in another cycle at another time.
Workout went well today, someone pointed out that I do my squats very fast. I do them at about 1 rep to completion every 3 seconds.
And when you’re only doing 6-8 reps you are usually done and changing weight before the guy next to you has done a full rep. ANy issue with this?? I just feel explosive and so I drop quick and explode up. Form is solid, so who cares right? Only hard part is remembering to breathe!!!
I think on my first set I did all 8 reps on one or two breaths, my head looked like a tomato.
Highlights today:
Squat 6 reps with 355
Dips 3 sets of 15 felt difficult due to recent weight gain.
Bent Over Rows
