I am starting to realize from peoples comments at the gym that I may not be as small as I see myself. I actually got a Huge comment today while dead lifting, and I asked my g/f today if some guy was about my size and she said “Are you fucking kidding me?” I was like no why… she said “You are at least twice his size.”
I guess like most of us I am completely blind of myself. I still think I look like the average dude. Is this some sort of disorder like Bulemia or ANorexia? ![]()

You’ve made some good progress man, but I would chill on those shakes. You’ve already got a bit of a belly, and as cortes suggested it’d be wise to throw in some cardio so you don’t blow up the wrong way.
The shakes look great, but it does add up to 5700+ cals, ~420g prot, under 420g carbs, and more than 270g fat. LOL, thats not even a lot of people’s intake in 2-3 days! But whatever works for you, Rand. And then again, AAS does allow for more efficient use of food/nutrients/etc, so just monitor yourself ![]()

It’s funny if you aren’t VERY careful with sodium in take the shakes will mix with the sodium and make you look like a mal-noursihed Ethiopian. So I gotta axe the Pistachios! Damn!
But this morning all was back to normal, my biodome has gone back to relatively flat.
Plus, I AM doing cardio now. Bare minimum of 2 30 min sessions per week, but more like 4.
Those shakes have good everything in them. I don’t mind a liquid diet. I’ll stick to two shakes and 5 sensible small meals.
I wanna look good without a shirt, it’s getting warm here!

I am getting to this thread late. Could someone fill me in on the OPs pre cycle weight. I couldn’t find it, I saw 216 but not sure if that was prior to first injection. I am wondering how well this 900mg/week first cycle is going. When I have more time I will read the whole thing but dawm work is getting in the way;)

I was 213 when I started, and approx 12ish % body fat. I had cut fat from 228 to get down there. I just started week 4 today and this was actually my first week of 900mg. I have been between 600-750mg thus far, so we are in new territory here. I will certainly keep my progress updated everyday. I have been dialing in my diet lately to make sure I am getting enough cals but not getting fat.

Thanks for fast response. Excellent results for a short amount of time. You are on the right path with the diet, it is everything towards the middle and end of a bulking cycle. If you can’t eat enough of the right stuff you will plateau in terms of bodyweight. Good luck for the remainder.

My goal is to get to reside at 240. Which is asking a lot starting at 213. Starting week 4 I am at 233+ (haven’t weighed today) I probably gotta get my weight to around 252 to cut back at a lean 240, or do another cycle later. I’m in no huge rush. I just think it’s a good weight to be good sized. Based off of Cheick Kongo, we are the same age same height, and same reach so no reason I can’t look like that too. He’s 240, and he’s also black as coal, and I am white like rice. That part I’ll have to pass on.

Tortured super slow kept resistance on for approx 10 minutes. Ouch! But they need it.

Total Calories (so far) 4700. I will finish the night at 5000.
Biceps are actually sore! That can’t be bad.
Weight today was 233lbs.
