Ok that’s all for the pics…
I have gained approx 13 lbs, and have picked up great strength increases lifts are as follows.
Most of my Maxes are approx based off of 3 & 5 rep max, since I do not train for 1 rep max.
Bench - 285
Squat - 355
Deads - 435
Bench is weak but it is actually up 90 lbs from my previous max 2 years ago. It will continue to increase throughout my cycle. I have long ass arms ( I know excuses excuses) but 78" reach makes it a long trip from chest to locked out on bench. I want to be pushing 325 soon, like in the next 8 weeks. I am working on the rotator muscles and tri’s and auxiliaries to aid in the bench.
Any comments please let me know. I know arms are lacking and I am addressing that, I have gained a quarter inch on them so it’s coming just ever so slowly.

You’ve put on some quality mass on those lats, and I can see some added fullness to the deltoids. Great progress so far.

I know the arms need work and believe me I got em working two full time jobs each! I think with World’s new training program they will get beat up a little more, and hopefully respond better. Thus far they have increased only 1/4 inch to 16" even. At my height anything under 17" is gonna look weak.
You look like you’ve made a lot of progress Randizo. Good work. Sorry if I have missed it, but you are incorporating cardio into your program? You look like you are carrying a bit too much fat in your midsection. A little cardio is not going to pull your gains to a screeching halt, and I can tell you from experience that if you start putting on too much more weight, you are going to start feeling like shit if you don’t balance it out a bit.

Cortes, thanks you I was actually going to name that last pic … And my cock… Seriously, but anyway. Yeah I hear you on the chub belly. This diet is very clean but I think I need to spread out my meals better and back off to maybe 4200ish calories.
I do do (ha doodoo) cardio not quite as extensive as before but I do some. Maybe 15 mins 3-4 times per week.
I used to do 60 minutes twice per week and thought it would be counter-productive to burn 1000 calories when I am trying to eat 5000. Did that make sense?
I also understand what you mean about feeling like shit. It’s like I can’t sleep at night sometimes, then in the AM I don’t want to get up. It’s not horrible, but I used to wake up chipper at 7am without an alarm clock… Those days are gone. Every AM I look like someone beat the shit out of me. I wake up and then about 4pm when I get ready to go to the gym I start getting tired again, then cranked from the gym… and repeat process.
Maybe I’ll slip my cardio back in at about 30 mins twice per week and see if my gut gets back to normal, I don’t foresee any abs anytime soon, and I don’t want to have to cut 10 lbs of fat when cycle is over.
I am stunned at the gains so ealry in the cycle I am only a 4th of the way into it, and have gained 13+ pounds all ready.
I better be careful to not become a fatphuck!

It gets worse. Your limbs will start falling asleep all of the time while you won’t be able to. You’ll toss and turn for an hour or two if you are lucky. And waking up will get harder and harder. Believe it.
My personal suggestion would be 30 minutes of low intensity cardio at least three times a week. You can bump your protein up by about 50 grams to compensate, if you feel like it. The extra cardio will actually help with diet, as you’ll be more hungry throughout the day.
You’ll probably lose a little fat while continuing to gain, and I can promise that if you don’t you are going to curse yourself for not doing so. That was the only part of my first cycle that I hated, trying to sleep and the resultant lethargy.

But yeah with my goals I am thinking cardio is a good thing. Plus, i still want to be physically fit and not just big. Hell running up the stairs lately has winded me.
And yeah I’ve started getting some of the limbs or atleast hands falling asleep when I barely lay on them and such.
I have found that ZMA helps alot with going to sleep. It makes me go faster and get a deeper sleep or so it seems. I just forget to take it every night. Taking it now!

Tico, hey bro thanks for keeping up with the thread. To answer your question… Absolutely! I had tried melatonin it didn’t do much, my g/f hords all of her Lunesta and won’t share. ZMA really puts me at ease and I stay asleep. I take 3 before I (couch out) for the evening. Works great IMO.
Last nights rest was great, and I think the ZMA made it that way. The night before I forgot it and slept for shit. Also helps to lie on your back ceiling fan on low, since your body temp is elevated and all.
I pop in some Roger Water “Pro’s and cons of hitchiking” and go right out. I think I have predisposed my body to sleep to that album, weird as it is.
Good stuff. I might give it a try then. Been having some trouble sleeping recently.

- Easily could’ve hit 405 if I had a spotter
So my previous Squat listed wasn’t correct.

120lb 10 slow reps tight squeeze

Dips:
Body Weight 3 sets 10 reps slow full range of motion.

25lb X 10 reps 3 sets each arm
30 min cardio treadmill 4.0 MPH
I felt like I could’ve done the whole workout again after cardio.
Great pump, I added “Size On” last week and it’s working. I have new strength and stamina.
Backed Calories down to 4200 today and cut out most carbs after 7pm.
Eating a lot of nuts and jerky for evening snacks.
Feeling great, Last inj site is really sore today, so I’ll be keeping an eye on that.
This will be my first weekend off in a long while, I’ll prob cheat and do some cardio.

Good stuff Randizo. Too bad you didn’t have a spotter! I hate going to the gym, hitting a weight, and realizing you could have stacked on more plates if you had the spot. Just teaches you to (a)ask for help or (b)bring someone with you! Good luck this weekend/next week.
Today was my supposed to be an off day, bu tmy g/f wanted to go the gym so I went in, I didn’t do too much, just went to get a Deadlift Max, I was able to get 405 no problem, and should’ve gone a little higgher but chose to stop and do 30mins of light cardio while she worked out. I ate like a champ this weekend. Not a drop of alcohol though.
almost forgot to mention 233.4lbs today. Heaviest I have ever been in my life.
Played college ball at 220-224.
I am feeling a little chunky or belly bloat tonight. I ate a whole lot today.
New found love for pistachios, and beef jerky.
