I honestly can’t wait there’s a guy at my gym who is clearly either tren- ing or Win -ing, and he looks tight, cut, dry, and hard. It’s crazy! I am guessing I will start something in October.

weeks 1-7 looks kind of ho-humm
I mean yes you can see improvment in the arms but nothing too special

but from weeks 7-8 wow huge difference
then just kept the gains comin from 8-12 but looks like most of them came after week 8 am I right? is tha talso when most your strength came towards the end or was it always there?

I didn’t read through the entire thread, but in case it wasn’t mentioned…you could have taken 4 of the 8 egg whites w/ breakfast and made them whole omega3 eggs. Would have pumped the calories up about 200 for the meal, and given you some healthy fats.

Jeffe, Mid cycle I was eating about a dozen raw eggs every day… No whites, just whole eggs in a blender with milk, choc protein, peanut butter, and bananas, and a few oreos…
