First Cycle Diet

Awesome. Seriously, Randizo, that is what these transformations are about. Awesome.

The difference between the beginning and the end is very, very obvious. However, more importantly, I think all of us like James Stewart and John Wayne…we like the good guys who also happen to be badasses. You have managed to accomplish that, and that is one of the main reasons…I don’t know about the other guys or what they have going for them or what they hold dear but…seriously man…you have got the cajones and the charisma, and it is a delightful combination, and you are one of the guys I am proud to call my friend, who makes this site the way it is and the reason I post here. Good job, man. Good job.

Wow, that’s a helluva compliment bro, I really appreciate that. It’s funny because I am basically following in the footsteps of your cycles, just a few months behind.
I am ready for the Tren monster… I’ll bet you are loving it!

Thanks again for those great words, it inspires me to do more and achieve more. I consider you a friend as well bro.
Keep it up! I can only imagine the gains I would get if I had the quality of Sushi you do! My friend who used to live there, says the best sushi here doesn’t even compare to the worst there.

I’ll be around the boards and watching your current progress.

Thanks again

responded with yup dude busted his ass it looks like.

then she started asking me about when am I going to plan my next cycle.

anyways good job really

Well, tell your mom thank you! And thank you too!
That’s a cool mom that will give you her blessing to use AAS. Although I am almost certain my Mom cn figure it out too.

ya I was in the same boat my first cycle I didnt see my family for about 6 months or so and then I saw my mom and all she could do is shake her head
I was mid cycle though and she could tell.
moms arent dumb they know there babies they may not say anything but they know.
she is very open minded she reasearched cause she knows all about the good and bad sides of drugs.
so she found the good outweighed the risks so ya

and the sushi in japan is the bomb for real.
I walk next door to my gym and have some every day but nothing compairs to what I had when I visited tokyo man I swear some that stuff was still flipping around it was so fresh

Ok some more before and afters…

BACK BEFORE:

Back After:

Wheels Before

Wheels After:

Balls Before

And sadly… Balls After

Lifts Before and After:

Bench Press
225 to 315

Squat
300 to 405

Deads
405 to 505

Military (not 1RM)
95 to 185 (225 max)

Wide Grip Pull Ups (body weight)
0 reps to 14 reps

Dips (Body Weight)
5 reps to 25 reps

Leg Extensions (Stupid thing to know but great increase)
Sets of 10 @ 180 to Sets of 10 @ 255 with a 10 sec negative at the end.

Notes:
Love em or hate em Leg Extensions make your quads fucking strong!

You gain rapid weight/Size/strength throughout your entire body doing Squats and Dead lifts (I realize this isn’t news for most but for anyone new this is golden info to know)

You must work calves often (3-4 X /week) to see significant results and if you use too much weight your form goes to shit. Stay light and big negatives… that’s the key for me. Use the Hack Squat Machine for Calves! Put your heels out to the sides, and go up on your big toes.

I still don’t know how to make Bi’s grow quick…

90% of this Test Game is How and what you eat.
I ate no less than 5000 calories and 800 carbs every day for the first 9 weeks. Then slowly started tapering out carbs, and calories down to 3800.

Fish Oil Pills a must
ZMA a must (much more recuperative sleep)
Size On Creatine didn’t do jack shit for me.
Dbol makes feel like a swimming pool
I had literally no sides until I started taper. Which I now have bacne! Weird I know!
Adex is a must, it really helps with bloat.

You cannot get leaner and bulkier at the same time on the Test only cycle. It’s bulking only and you will gain some belly fat from eating so much, but it’s very easy to lose.

When it comes to sticking yourself… You are going to bleed and that’s that. Have you ever poked through your skin and not bled a little?

Don’t over aspirate that fucking hurts!
By over aspirate I mean don’t draw the plunger back an inch! Just until you see your little air bubble and then put the hammer down.

Ventro-gluteal for me bleeds like a stuck pig.

Quads are my best injection site. 2nd choice is glutes.

Get some 5/8" 25guage for taper it’s like a mosquito bite.

Listen to what the Vets tell you. Find a good source and be good to it.

Help others if and only if you REALLY no the answer.

Good one on the balls.

You are doing the stasis taper, correct?

(KNOW) The answer…

I caught that but can’t go back and fix it…

Yes sir…
Just ended stasis and started taper today…

OK, well you may want to consider adding 20mg ED of nolvadex. Or you could skip the test portion and run nolva only if you are willing to experiment.

If I remember correctly, LillGuy is doing just that and I think it would be nice to have two “subjects” for comparison.

Or you could do what others have done and stick with the tried and true route of taper+nolva.

I’d recommend that. Your call though.

Since I’ve got the goods (Both) I am going to go the tried and true method. Plus these new 5/8" 25g are almost fun to use.

I went with the full stasis/taper off my last one and was very happy with the results. Going with a slightly shorter cycle with all short esters this time and giving the alternative a whirl.

If you think the 25Ga feel like next to nothing try some slin pins for the very small abouts. Just warm the syringe in some warm water and they work like charm.

The change in your back in pretty incredible buddy. Nice work.

Yeah, I must say. Those backshots are unbelievable.

Good work bud.

Thanks Lillguy001!

Good stuff, Randizo, this thread just got favorited.

That before and after back shot is insane. There is an obvious, terrific difference there. Again, great work, man. Throw that tren into the next cycle and watch the fat come off as the muscle mass increases. It really does happen!

Hey Brother, I attribute a lot of back gains to the huge amount of deads, bent over rows, and cables rows. Even before starting the DC I was pounding my back on a regular basis. I even invented or think I did a bent over reverse dumbbell fly that made for great rhomboid gains.

My exercises included 4-5 of these per week before DC but on cycle

Hypers
Deads
RDL’s
Bent over Bar Bell Rows - Favorite
Cables close grip
Cable Wide Grip
Wide Grip Pull Downs
Pullups (assisted and unassisted)
Reverse dumbbell fly bent over.
Low Rows
Overhead rows
Tbar Rows
Reverse Peck Deck
Shrugs O plenty Dbells, Machine, Bar Bell, etc…
I have a really good grip and that has helped on a lot of back workouts.

It better look good! ha!
