First Cycle: Dbol + Test E

Hi Guys - Happy new year

This is my first Cycle and Just want to see how my body reacts and play safe and have some gains, but it does not need to be huge gains.

I am 36, working out for over a year, 6 times a week, but I struggle to bulk up.

Please let me know if this cycle is okay for a beginner

1-8: Test E 250mg (Every 5 days)
1-4: Dbol 20mg/day (10mg x2 a day)
1-10: Armidex 0.5mg
1-10: Liver Protection? (not sure which one)

PCT:
10-14: Armidex 0.5mg/day
Nolvadex:
Week 1: 30mg every day
Week 2: 20mg everyday
Week 3/4:10mg everyday.

Please let me know if you would change anything here.

Adex isn’t needed during pct

95% chance you won’t need it on cycle either

What’s your current height, weight, and bodyfat?

And what did you weigh a year ago when you started?

Thanks Chris, I weight 80kg I was 73kg when I started, my height is 183cm and I don’t know my bodyfat.

For us 'Mericans, that’s 6 feet tall, going from 161 pounds (super-underweight) to 176 pounds (slightly less-but-still-quite underweight).

There’s zero reason to use anabolics when this is your goal, especially considering your current shape. Your solution is entirely nutrition-based. Running a cycle with a sub-optimal diet is a bad idea.

Here’s what most guys just starting don’t realize. If your diet and caloric intake aren’t enough, once you come off cycle, you I’ll struggle to maintain what you gained. You’ve put on a decent amount in a year. I’d keep going til I really stalled out and then try it. I’d recommend test only, no Adex, only on hand just in case. DBol and Test both can cause bloat, if you run both first cycle you won’t know which one caused it.

Your dosage looks mild and not crazy.

I really appreciate that Chris, but I am pretty decided to have a cycle. :wink:
Based on your experience would change anything on suggested cycles?

I feel this is an irresponsible and short-sighted mindset, so I can’t think of anything else to chime in other than to suggest keeping a log to get real-time feedback during and after whatever you end up doing.

You’re aware of the potentially permenant cardiac, neurological, endocrine (and much much more) risks associated with AAS

You’re dosage is low, however most fall in love after one cycle and continually pump up the dosage on ensuing cycles

Employ harm minimisation strategies my friend. Antioxidant supplementation, regular aerobic/cardiovascular exercise (even though AAS blunts much of the positive effect that can be garnered from regular exercise, rodent models indicate regular aerobic training can somewhat amoreliate deleterious cardiac remodelling)

You’re being a bit short sighted. My prediction : you run your cycle without listening to anyone (guys have already mentioned not to use adex). You will gain 10-15lbs on cycle, hell, maybe 20. But if your diet isn’t already locked in, you’ll lose that weight in the first 6 months of being off cycle.
