1st cycle i am stabbing:
Sus250 weeks 1-5 @750mg per week
sus250 weeks 6-10 @ 1gram per week
D-bol weeks 3-8 @ 50mg e.d
2 weeks in. Getting a bit of test flu and some horrible virgin muscle pain. alg tho lol, im pinning the sus EOD @0.5ml per shot , using mainly delts and also quads.
DIET = tuna, rice and aioli sauce ( i just have a biiig container of this which i eat all day). chocolate milk ( which i drink in betwen meals and after workouts) and veges and fruit juice and that healthy shit.
total macros are 450g protein 580g carbs 175g fats lololol
