I do love that the 2 people who have actually had success in the lifting world are the losers, and the fat kid who doesn’t even know how to eat after 8 years of lifting (HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE) is taking shots at us. It’s a mad mad mad mad world.

If you don’t have the discipline to eat properly without being on a cycle, nothing is going to change. If you can’t write a post that’s not littered with typos and the grammar of a middle school student, I am quite sure you don’t have the intelligence, discipline, or mental ability to be successful in your endeavors.

Try running the following cycle for at least a year and I guarantee it’ll work without any negative side effects:
-600mg maturity 7x a week
-10,000mg consistency of nutrition daily (that means you need to learn how to eat)
-1 mega dose of not being such an argumentative ungrateful tool who apparently can’t use a “Search” function.

There are literally hundreds of articles on how to eat on this website, as well as “Shadow Pro” who is quite the authority on assistance.

DISCLAIMER: I’m not assisted and don’t know anything about it, I just work harder than you.

this x10000. I probably should have pointed it out from the beginning, as it was one of the first things that came to mind, but there was so much else to say too…

But yea. That kind of thinking is so common in the world of AAS. So many people say they’ll fine tune absolutely everything while on cycle, but are completely unwilling to do it while off. It really seems ridiculous to me. When you’re on cycle, you really have a lot more leeway with diet, and you can still make progress. But a high level lifter has to be ABSOLUTELY on point with diet and training to keep improving.

I’m also speaking from personal experience. I thought that I was just gonna completely stop drinking alcohol and eat perfectly in my first cycle. It lasted a few weeks, and then I became complacent and fell back into bad habits. I’ve improved my discipline over time, but going on cycle is never a reasonable catalyst for lifestyle improvements. Just doesn’t happen for most people. If you have shitty lifting or diet habits, you’ll revert back to them fairly quickly.

I’m still chuckling about the food choices. fucking boiled chicken, oats and cottage cheese all day everyday. God that’s awful. I would hang myself if I didn’t die from malnutrition first.

I regret giving you any advice now mate…

You may think these guys are being hard on you, but you did it to yourself… These guys have been around a long time and know they’re shit. Look at they’re physiques and take a look at yours right now. You need to LISTEN to what they say and be humble , otherwise you will go nowhere , in both lifting, and life. Trust me, I was an ignorant cocky kid on these types of forums too my first time around asking for cycle advice for the first time. I thought they were being dick’s too, but you need to realize they deal with this shit multiple times daily… People asking for “advice” and then criticizing the advice and answers that are given to them . All I’m saying is take this experience with a grain of salt , and fix your diet (they’re are plenty of good guys on these forums willing to help you with that)

Bro , yolks aren’t even bad for you . They say red meat is bad one day then the next they say you can’t get enough of it.

These guys know they’re shit. Whenever someone sends you an insult, spread your cheeks and take it dry and continue to ask for more info on how you can better yourself (in this case your diet)

You aren’t prepared for AAS just yet bro.

Get your diet down, and humble yourself a lot more. Then come back and try this out again. Best of luck dude…
