I know it’s not a great idea running test at this age due to htpa shut down and the endocrine system however I have been lifting since I was 13 and do actually have a lot of experience. I do also know others who have taken real gear at this age.
My current stats are
275 bench
315 squat
450 deadlift
Basically I just want to know the safest way of running a cycle and who to get my natural test all up and running like normal by the end of it after pct
My cycle is going to be andropen 275 at 1.5ml/2ml pw for about 7.5 weeks. I will take throughout and pct of novla and a test booster for pct.
No? Ok.
You are 18 and your natural test level is at its highest level that it will ever be at. Why fuck with it? You have no idea what you are doing or the anything about the risk.
Your stats are weak. How much do you weigh? Are you even benching your bodyweight? What’s your diet like?
If you get your training and diet right you can make huge gains by the time you are 25(and wiser) and then decide to use the gear if you want. That’s my 2 cents. Good luck.
-You don’t need milk thistle for a test-only cycle
-Natural test boosters in your pct will be a waste of money
-A 7.5 wk cycle is not nearly long enough to justify the risk
If you didn’t know those three things then you aren’t anywhere near educated enough to start messing with your hormones.
You should ask yourself why you want to do it. Personally i want to compete thats my dream so i have to do it. What is your reason to get into gear? To become like Jon skywalker? I am not against you i am at the same age as you (19) but at least have a vision, have a goal so you make the risk be worth.
Whatever you choose to do take care
Couple things real quick. One, there’s no point in Flagging posts that tell you not to take steroids. That’s not inappropriate advice and it’s definitely not “off-topic”.
Second, what’s with the title edit? Did you seriously forget your age? Or do you think being 19 instead of 18 is going to bring different input?
Last, and they’re relatively minor points since it’s basically a non-issue, but why is your squat only about 30 pounds more than your bench? Were you neglecting leg work or overemphasizing bench?
You are simply not ready for AAS. Learn how to train and diet, progress and make gains naturally for several more years, then do a LOT more research(probably be best to hire a coach who knows what they are doing), then decide if gear is the right choice for you. We are not here to “throw shade” at you my friend, we’re here to help and give honest advice and that is what you have received on this thread
Didn’t actually mean to flag the post I can’t work out how to get rid of it either but yeah anyway been lifting roughly 5/6 years and btw the reason for the age change is because I’m currently 18 but will be 19 in ocotober so will be 19 by the time I start taking.
At your age, height, weight, and leanness, you can still see ridiculous results with a good plan without having to risk long-term damage. Using gear now is simply the wrong choice.
I say no. These are impressive numbers done natty, so keep it up. I’d hold off for another… 10 years or so?
EDIT BECAUSE IM ABOUT TO GO REAL
Also, did the math and that squat is pretty shitty. Go on quartersquatgang on IG and you’ll see so many roided out dudes who can’t even hit depth. You might be better off working mobility and developing technique than getting on gear.
The overwhelming majority of the lifters I know are natty as fuck and outlift you, including a few women (not on bench tho). If you need gear to squat 3 plates, or even 4 plates, you sad as hell. ANd as @lava2007 said:
Relying on drugs at 19 years old is for pussies.
(^ actually 18 since you’re lying about age hoping a year makes some kinda huge difference)
YOUNGBLOOD. You should understand that you got tons of potential at your age and gear shouldn’t even be on your mind.
Wait on the roids as long as possible like I’m doing. I turn 21 next month and the way I see it, I’ve got (realistically) 15 years before I should even consider hoppin on gear. It just doesn’t make sense to waste the prime years of your life relying on steroids when all you have to is eat a lot and stay honest with your direct ab work. Do that and there are no limits for the next several years at a minimum.
And after converting your numbers to lbs, I can tell you that the reason you want to do steroids is because you’re weak. It isn’t because you think you’ve reached your genetic potential; it’s because people around you, your age, are out squatting you by 50kg. That’s okay. Same thing happened to me. I was at 145/125/185 right after I turned 19. The thing you gotta realize is that you’re wrong; you aren’t weak. The weak choice would be to turn to drugs when you know damn well all you need to do is put in more effort with your training and diet.
I trained for 5 years before I started strength training seriously and eating for my goals (started when I was 14). Literally one month after I started eating and training like I meant it, I was seeing results. It’s really not that hard. The only stipulation is that you need to be mentally strong enough to just fucking do it. Relying on drugs at 19 years old is for pussies.
Drugs rarely provide pure benefits without doing any harm. The risk is exponential the longer you take them. Remember that.
What you all need to understand is that the guy is going to get into gear anyway it doesnt matter what you will tell him. So its better to help him do it right and in a safer way possible than trying to convice him not to get into gear. Prob he can make another acc claiming he is 35 years old having lots of experience in dieting and lifting and you will help him without you knowing. So why all the drama?
“Guys, I’m gonna drive 75 in a school zone. Is it better to shotgun three beers first or slam four shots instead? I’ve had my license for five years, so I know how to drive.”
Just because someone seems committed to doing something stupid and high-risk doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be talked out of it.
I’m natty elitist as fuck and felt the need to chime in because I saw a teenager considering PED usage. I typically stay away from the Pharma and T-Replacement sections, but when I see some bullshit, I need to chime in.
This typically includes teenagers or straight up n00bs wanting to take PEDs, or people giving steroid/test/lab advice who cant even give decent/basic training or nutrition advice.
Oh a funny one…,you must be the internet cool guy here
There is a big difference between harming myself and harming others your example was bad try to find something else to make your jokes
The guy is an adult he can make his own choices its his responsibility. You passively harming him because i bet he is going to get into gear whatever you say so better to know how to do them safely.
I am 19 yearls old passionate about bodybuilding as most of you here
Studying logistics at the moment and after i finish my college my goals is to compete
Best of luck to everyone <3
I see… he didn’t make another account saying he was 35. He made another account saying his was 19 years old from Greece. If you don’t think getting on gear won’t affect the people around you, you definitely shouldn’t be on gear.
Look people 19 year old isn’t that young to start taking gear, especially a test only cycle. My numbers are pretty impressive I’d say. No doubt the squat could be improved along with the others but those were all done natty and the bench was only at the young age of 17. I doubt most of you could bench 125 at 17 no offence.
You haven’t really helped out with the cycle at all just tried to convince me not to do it. If I was 15 to 17 I’d understand all your guys responses but this is just unnecessary.
My diet and workout plans are ON POINT!.
I train heavy concentrating on the compound lifts. eating roughly 4000 calories daily. (On a bulk ofc) I folllow a powerlifting style of training as I know that yields good results especially when natty.
So the cycle, all I want to know is for a FIRST cycle EVER. Is this a good one? In terms of risk to reward and general results. I do have a great passion for bodybuilding and wouldn’t mind potentially competing one day.
Thanks
I’ve always wanted to and have made a promise to myself to compete in at least 1 show. Just think it would be a good experience and something to tick off the bucket list.
