Hey guys let me start off with my stats:
I am 25 years old and have been training for 6 years and hard for the past 3. I am 5’7 and competing in powerlifing in the 198lb class, I would say I am around 12-15% bf. My diet is good and I recently switched to Carb Backloading just to try something new. My best lifts in a meet are 455/365/545 at a body weight of 192.
I want to start my first cycle this fall and I am trying to get all of my information together. My goal is strength gains with a lean bulk. I was thinking of doing a mild cycle as follows:
12 weeks Test cyp or enth 500mg per week 250mg monday morning and thursday evening
.25 mg adex EOD
week 14 40mg nolva per day
week 15-17 20mg nolva per day
What do you guys think/recommend?

Mr Walkaway - As far as the adex goes I will start out with the .5mg EOD and adjust the dose depending on my mood/libido correct? Also what about tapering off the adex the last week of Test is that a good idea or should I just continue with the full dose throughout the 12 weeks.
BUDs - I have read a bunch of different methods to Pct on Cyp or Enth ranging from 12-18 days after the last shot. How many days after the final shot do you recommend?
Hey guys I had one last question for you. I just received all of my products but my nolva came in 50mg caps. What do you recommend doing with those is it ok to take them 50 mg ED for week 15 and then one EOD for weeks 16-18?
What can we expect following shut down with a perfect PCT, as far as physically and mentally in general. Considering we are healthy and in great shape and good mental health, etc…
Like tiredness, feeling down, workout motivation low? Or no major notice of anything drastic?

Agreed I will never come fully off ever again. I felt like I was burned shit tossed into a rusty meat grinder.
Whats the situtation with these “liquid” SERM and AI’s compared to the actual name brand stuff. Is potency an issue and not worth the risk of getting a quality product?

it’s really the luck of the draw, most are good quality…
Walkway, do you move around the muscle sites an inch or two when hitting the same muscle groups over the months. Or not really think about it? To further reduce scar tissue?
