I am 6’2” 225lbs in the 15% body fat range. Have always been curious about what I would be capable of enhanced. I have always found the standard 500mg TestE a week for 12 weeks advice in forums to be questionable too.

  1. Why are dbol cycles demonised? I know it aromatises into an analogue of oestrogen, other than liver damage what else could it do?
  2. Does anyone have any literature/info on Turinabol and what it does
  3. Would a Nandrolone base be more hair safe

Before I touch anything I want to avoid fucking up my hormones. Longevity is also important to me.

No single cycle will yield what you would be capable of enhanced. You reach your capability after incremental improvements over numerous AAS cycles (or blasts).

Since you have health concerns about your natural hormones and longevity, the risk of repeated AAS cycles will compromise your health.

You should consider risk vs reward of using AAS going forward.

What’s questionable? TCyp or TEnth in 300-500mg/wk is probably the most friendly and easy first cycle. There are other reason as Test is a base for 99% of cycles and once you know how you react to this you can add upon it in future cycles.

Your oral only cycles do not provide anything in the way of meaningful gains unless repeatedly cycle. One and done is almost guaranteed a waste. They are also liver toxic.

Nandrolone is by far more side effect prone with possible mental well being, erectile dysfunction etc issues. It is highly effective at building muscle, but you almost certainly want a Testosterone combo as well.

Dbol is a trash compound imo.

It produces methyl estrogen.
Causes massive water weight that immediately flushes after cessation.
Raises bp almost immediately.

If you want to move to Bloat Lord status, then it’s great.

There are better choice, like tbol.

Consider running test only.
Get a blood panel to determine test and e2 levels and go from there.

I don’t know. Sounds like the trendy thing to do now.

I never had a problem using dbol, no massive water weight, no particular rise in BP. My strength gets a nice bump which allows me to lift more and get stronger. In my opinion, most that complain of water weight gain usually are trying to bulk with shitty diets, have estrogen issues, have a high body fat percentage to begin with, or are using multiple compounds they are unfamiliar with and blaming dbol for their lack of knowledge.

I don’t care for the lower back pumps though. However tbol gives me an even worse pump so there’s that.

Because there’s better drugs today.

This is an easy google, but I personally liked Tbol as part of my cycle.

Yep, but may open you up to other issues that Nandrolone is known for.

As others have said, Test only 300-500mg per week is a fantastic intro AAS cycle. Don’t know why you wouldn’t consider that.
