I was actually saying not to look your knees because it doesn’t show separation as well as if you left just a little bend and flexed the quad without locking out the joint like we talked about. Either way with your legs that size it doesn’t really matter lol.

Here is a sample day of eating. This is what I ate today:

8:30 AM: 55 grams bran cereal, 2 scoops Metabolic Drive

12:00-1:45: Workout Nutrition: 2 scoops ANACONDA, 1 scoop MAG-10, 2 scoops Surge Workout Fuel

4:00: 8 ounces chicken breast, sweet potato, broccoli

8:00: 9 ounces 90 % lean buffalo, 1 slice 1/2 fat cheddar, grilled onions + jalepenos, 1 slice Applegate Farms turkey bacon, 1 tbsp guacamole (yum)

9:30: 6 omega 3 eggs, 2 slices Applegate Farms turkey bacon

This was a normal day…I do have higher carb days and the only difference is more carbs, not different sources.

I’m sorry if you already posted this but what supplements are you currently taking? Just in case someone thinks I’m asking if he’s natural or not. I’m not, I literally mean supplements lol.

Currently, I’m taking the peri workout supps listed above, USPs Anabolic Pump (only on high carb meals) and Powerfull, Greens and Reds (superfoods), vitamin D, D-Aspartic Acid, Maca Root, Nettle, Betaine HCL and Protease Enzymes

I like DAA a lot, but it needs to be cycled definitely to maintain it’s effectiveness.

I am using the Anaconda Protocol 2, so there are a good amount in there…but if I use different peri workout nutrition, I’ll add in 20 grams of BCAAs.

Had a pretty insane leg session today…

Hit some sick all time PRs

425 x 12 back squat (video to come)

12 pps + doubled mini bands x 8 on leg press then dropped to 7 pps and hit 40

At 216, I felt pretty good today.
