Even with the professional photographer, the lighting was pretty bad at this show, but these give you a good idea of what I looked like.
I have taken it pretty easy this past week, but have been doing a lot of cardio still. I trained Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday last week, felt very sore, so decided to take the week off until Monday (today) and start fresh.
I will be following a split inspired by Eric Broser’s P/RR/S template, and am pretty excited about it as I believe in his principles and have used them before, but never to the extent that I plan on doing now.
Here will be my weekly split:
Monday: Chest/Delts/Abs
Tuesday: Back/Traps
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Arms/Rear Delts
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Cardio
I will be doing cardio 4 days/week right now, 1-2 HIIT sessions/week and the rest moderate state. I am trying to gain weight very slowly and hold onto as much leanness as possible in the initial month out of the show.
This week is power week…should be very exciting : ).
