Any advice on how to lower Estradiol?
Currently on 120mg trt per week and on week 12. Total test is up from 280 12 weeks ago.
You obviously have low SHBG. Lower dose, more frequent injections.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but my doc didnāt quite answer my question. If Iām taking 120 is dropping to 100mg a good choice?
Personally I would ask your doc if you can pin 30mg EOD which is 105mg a week and see what that does. Should lower FT and E2 to a better long term range and may also help you feel more balanced.
