Low Shbg and high free estradiol

These are my latest labs taking 50mg test cyp every 3.5 days. Currently dealing with a low libido, ice cold hands and low appetite. Blood pressure drops to below, sometimes well below,120/80 shortly after injections and rises significantly, typically 150/90 within 24 hours before my next injection. Also, I donated blood 9 days prior to these labs.
If anyone can weigh in and make any recommendations on protocol changes to combat these symptoms, I would appreciate it. They have been rather aggravating.

What did you eat? Was this fasted? Your glucose is high and you’re borderline pre-diabetic.

I was not fasting and had eaten breakfast about 1 hour prior to this lab work. I have since started a low carb diet because there has been a jump in my a1c.

Carbs aren’t always the culprit. It’s sometimes your weight and the way your body processes some carbs. Try adding berberine (1 pill a day to start with your highest carb meal) and go from there. My fasted glucose, while on HGH, stays in the low 80s with berberine.

I can’t eat like an dumbass is all.

What is your body fat percentage?

That could explain the low shbg and high E2.
I would also look at thyroid.

6’2” 230lbs. I don’t know bf%. I’m certainly not lean but in better shape than the majority my age.

I think you may have a thyroid issue.
Most of the symptoms fit that possibility.

The blood pressure thing, I have never heard if anyone experiencing a drop in bp post injection. A spike in bp, yes. Not a drop.

Do you have any dizziness when you quickly stand up from a sitting position?

08/24
TSH- .91 (.43-5.25)
T3- 3.76 (2.30-4.40)
My thyroid always checks out fine

High E2 = High blood pressure

Start doing cardio, every day 30 min at least.
How much is your resting HR?

If you have low SHBG you need way more frequent doses! ED but EOD minimum!

So if you do 100 mg weekly, you can do 30mg EOD. Or 15mg ED.

I do EOD as TRT.

I’ve tried injecting 15 mg daily subq and ended up with total T at 330, free T below normal range, rbc 6.85, hct 58, and hgb 20. And I was taking 100iu hcg daily.

RHR varies from day to day between 55 and 65.

Now are you injecting IM?

Yes. I lowered it to 40mg 2x wk in an attempt to get hct, rbc, and hgb down. I paid out of pocket yesterday for a quick cbc and ferritin test.
Rbc-6.32 (4.14-5.80)
Hgb-17.9 (13-17.7)
Hct-55.7 (37.5-51)
Ferritin- 58
It was rare on 1 injection a week of less than 180 mg to produce numbers this high. I want to do multiple smaller injections a week but it’s not working like everyone says it should.

I would up the dose 100% then, there is no point being on low T, when your RBC is high anyways. But sadly i have no clue how could you lower that. Maybe consul with a doc…
You cant keep donating blood forever…
