I’ve been away from the gym for a number of years. Getting school finished, starting a career, and establishing ‘home base’ took time. About a month ago i started going back to the gym. I picked up some basics at GNC to tide me over till i could place a Biotest order. I received that first order from Biotest yesterday.
I was very pleased to see that the quality had not decreased over time. Metabolic Drive is still the best protein around. Surge now comes in bigger cans (that was a nice surprise). I also ordered Superfood, Bcaa, and Flameout (which had just come out when i dropped out) and am looking forward to seeing how those work.
Just wanted to say “Thanks” to the Biotest and T-Nation teams. getting that order was like coming home.
I’ve had times where I’ve backed off as well as jacked up my supplements due to ‘real life’ constraints, but in the end, you always come back to quality.
I just made a pretty substantial order myself. I worked some overtime and felt like I deserved to treat myself after those 16 hr shifts. I bought 2 boxes of Metabolic Drive bars, surge recovery(mmm!), Alpha Male(feel like my T has dropped as I’m 30 in a couple months), Z12(shitty sleep), caffeine-free Brain Candy, and MAG-10 for the first time.
Opening the box was like christmas. Hoping I can get enough overtime to make that kind of order every month or two. Really excited for the MAG-10 after all the hype I’ve read about it.
Flameout looks to be a really good deal too. I love how the label actually has one serving for your DAILY dose of omega threes. Every other omega-3 product has really low amounts of DHA/EPA per serving and you have to play calculator estimating how many servings you need for your intake and then how much the cost translates to the combined serving…

People will think you’re dead with that combo, those two or Z-12 + Elitepro gives me hands down the most restful and deep sleep i’ve ever experienced.
Although i typically only use the Z-12 tops two nights a week to keep the effects fresh, even though there are no issues with taking it everyday. The great aspect of Z-12 is even if you get less hours you still wake up feeling incredible due to the better quality of sleep.
