Finished Cycle. Still Gaining

Finished cycle of deca @600mg/w, test e @ 600mg/w and eq@ 300mg/w 2 weeks ago.
Still look and feel like I’m getting good gains so must still be a bit in the system?
Have started pct with nolva, zma and other herbal supplements.
Weighed 102kg at start of cycle, weigh 114 kg now, bf % went from 18% to 13.5% @6ft2.

3rd cycle, diet was much better this time round.
Iv tried keto while cycling but didn’t have as much energy to get through my usual workouts.
I want to keep the intensity up so I keep my gains, but my goal now is to get under 12%bf.

Im not sure if I should go keto again, or just keep calories low, or bite the bullet and do some LISS cardio while fasting or on a heavily restricted calorie Intake. Not sure how people go about cutting for competition without losing to much muscle.
Some tips to get under 12% bf would be appreciated, cheers.

Yep, Its still in your system. They are all long acting steroids, and you have been taking them in reasonably large amounts, so it will take a while before its out of your system.

I’m not a diet expert, but I would recommend eating clean, not overdoing calories, but not restricting them too much.
The best time to lose fat is when you are on a cycle, a cutting cycle that is. Steroids will prevent muscle loss. EQ, masteron, primo, winstrol, anavar and tren, with a low test base are commonly used.

No, you haven’t. You’ve just started taking Nolva. But you absolutely have not started pct. The ‘P’ stands for ‘post’, meaning after. You are still on cycle. Hence the continued gains. You’re going to want to start your pct over once it’s actually time to begin. Because if you run only four weeks of it the way you’re doing it now you’re in for a bad, bad time starting about two weeks from now and ending in about two months. Do it right or else you’ll be really unhappy about having to do it again.

OMG I never though I would see a post with a mega cycle^^^ and Keto in the same post. Was this cycle a cut? I have to agree you have started your PCT too soon.

If the pic in your avatar is pre cycle you must be a beast now. Got any before and after shots?

I wanted to do a lean bulk, waited til about 8 weeks then started keto for 4 weeks. I leaned up really nicely but didn’t have energy for my workouts.
I found doing a intermittent fasting, while eating before and after a workout was easier and was still able to lose weight.
But keeping a slight calorie deficit also worked just finding the timing of meals to have energy for workouts took a couple weeks to get down pat.
I cycle between the 3 variations every few weeks now and am still able to gain muscle while reducing my bf%.
There’s some good stuff on YouTube about different diets, fasting etc and working out.

Yeah I may have started pct too soon, from what I read 2 weeks was the norm to wait before starting. Il give it a couple more, still taking Aromasin but cycling off.
Just started taking some herbal libido boosters iv used before that work really well. Never had any sides during the cycle either so I think il bounce back pretty quick.
That’s before and after, my avatar is towards the end of the cycle and when I finished keto.
Next cycle will be a proper cutting one.

Then you didn’t read enough. It’s your body, my friend, nobody will care about it as much as you will. So before doing something that could cause you harm you should spend more time getting familiar with what you’re putting in to it and making sure you’ve got a good plan. You wouldn’t be sloppy with your training or your diet, so why be sloppy with your research? It’s all connected.

For the sake of educational purposes, can you tell me why I said your pct started too soon? Don’t go looking for the answer right now, I just want to know what your gut reaction to that question is. Will you humor me?

Haha, sure why not.
Longer lasting esters take longer to leave the system, and slower acting ones like deca can take longer than others. They just have a longer half life.
Iv read it can be picked up in the blood up to 18 months, that doesn’t mean it will have full potency for that period of time though.
Iv still got caber and Aromasin so it’s no issue to delay my pct for another 2 weeks.
What would you suggest?

Nice savage. You are going to have to buy some new larger shirts. HaHa something no one budgets in their cycle, a new wardrobe.

I’m a noob but that EQ is going to take much longer to clear. the half-life is 14 hours compared to 5 for test enth according to steroidcalc.com. So, if you need to wait 2 weeks for test e to clear, youre gonna need to wait 6 weeks for the EQ to clear.

edit: i meant to state the half-lives in days, not hours lol

I just wanted to make sure you knew the why of the mistake. I’m glad you know what went wrong because it means you’ll never make that mistake again. It looks like you had an otherwise successful cycle. So what’s next?

Of course, no problems at all.
Not sure yet, I ran 150mg/w of tren last year with just test. I want to run 400-500 of tren with Eq again and see how that goes, won’t be for a while though. I’d love to give hgh a go but can’t afford it atm. Still playing with combinations but itl be a cutting cycle.

I usually check all that before I commit to a cycle but either forgot or never wrote down the Eq half life, thanks for that mate. Had the 2 weeks for test in the back of my head and neglected the rest.

Yeah and pants, massive pain that was, L to a XxL in 8 weeks lol partly the reason why I gave keto a go and began IMF

Finding jeans these days is terrible. As a powerlifter it just dosent work. My waist is too small and my quads significantly bigger.

If so many guys were not wearing jeans from the kids department we might actually get some good sizing jeans for us men.

I mean I am venting here, but it’s shameful that more women these days have better built legs than guys.

What is happening with the average guys testosterone levels these days?

They eat shit for a start, processed artificial crap that messes with their hormonal system.
Then they watch too much drama on TV instead of training, camping, hunting, or just playing outside. They’re emasculated, have no idea how to over come adversity and push or challenge themself to grow through discomfort.
I was always tall and skinny but weights and martial arts soon changed that. Yeah it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but you can still be a nerd and get in shape.
Sorry, never miss a chance for a good rant about man buns and skinny jeans.
I think test levels have alot to do with diet and nutrition and exercise over all, maybe how they perceive things as well, there are definitely other factors though.

I just don’t understand it tbh. Lift hard, eat plenty and grow.

There is so much food available nowadays young guys have no excuse for not being able to get their calories in.

Read Adam Carolla’s book In 50 Years We’ll All Be Chicks and the answer becomes more obvious.
