Finished 10,000 Kettlebell Swing Challenge

I’m glad this thread came up. I just found out I need surgery. And it’s 27 days away. It’s been hard to be motivated as I’m looking at 4-6weeks off afterwards. This will be a good thing to keep me motivated. See if I can get it done before the op.

I’ve always wanted to, but I just have never found a month that I can do this. Maybe this summer like in July or August.

So I bought a kettle bell today and started the challenge.

Most boring thing I’ve ever done in my life lol it’s a good thing this isn’t only way to get in shape. I think I’ll add in some swings to my normal workout but no way I can do this for 30 days.

You can do it. You will do it.

I found the best way to mix it up, especially once you get “good” at them, is between sets to pick some other exercises to do. pull ups, push ups, kettlebell squat, etc.
