It was fine, til 20 minutes in and I couldn’t feel my feet anymore. Time to break out the hiking boots!
Came home and took the time to do some stretching and abs…complete with a hot shower. ahhhhh
This was 2 years ago when the Hubby was just getting back from another deployment. He left when our daughter was just 7 weeks old.
She’s 3.5 yrs now and this is her second deployment!

grrrrr, I’m ready to feel better again…I had a touch of some stomach thing through the weekend that has morphed into a stupid head cold. I woke with a splitting sinus headache that worked its way down the sides of my neck…ugh!
