This day got a little better…
I sold the BowFlex!!! And I got complimented by how strong I was…we had to maneuver the dang thing every which way to even get it out of the house.
That is a lovely beach. And well done on selling the Bowflex. Did you get a good amount for it?
nah, sold it for next to nothing compared to what I paid for the thing years ago. Just glad to get rid of it and glad to add to the xmas monies 
Hopefully the couple that got it gets better use out of it than we ever did!
Also, my friend put on the garage sale x2 yesterday and sold most of our stuff! Going there now to collect the rest of what is left and my loot 
$80 I think she said…not too shabby!

FREE!! You can’t beat that. Good friends you have there. Love OC/Bethany during these months. No tourists & cool crisp, salt, air. You sleep like a rock. Alpha is right too, during in season it’s a big ol party. The outlets are great aren’t they? Find everything you need & even some things you don’t.

Hmm, drenching the darn cat at 3am, 4am and 530am didn’t seem to stop her from stalking me!! GRRRRRRR
I don’t know what I’m supposed to do…it SUCKS…
At least I got roughly 7 hours of sleep before the stalking began. I passed out around 830, right after I got the kiddos to bed.

basically do not reward this behaviour during the day - you are only reinforcing the issues at night. I.E stalker kitty should not be allowed to sit in MIM’s lap. Only good quiet kitty.
Also play with her a lot during the day, wake her up often to make sure she is nice and tired for the night.
finally I’m not above a smart spank on the rump but if that’s not you style simply grab her by the scruff of the neck, place her and keep her into submissive pose (on her side, head lying down completely on the floor), eventually they do quiet down. when she gets up and move, replace her until she stays. reward her at this point if she has released all tension and stays lying down with a treat and a petting and some MIM lap.

Thanks for the tips…I don’t reward kitty’s behavior and often toss her off of me by the scruff of her neck like you said. I certainly don’t reward her behavior in the night when she comes stalking me…is getting drenched in the sink not good enough punishment? sheesh.
Then again, she doesn’t mind the water…when she was tiny she would try to jump into the bath with the kids…

I have 2 kitties and they can be sheer evil, god bless em. They also wake me up at 5:30am for breakfast by running around the entire apt and hitting underneath the bed - i’m still not sure what they use to hit the bottom of the bed, their heads? their hind legs? who knows! And it won’t stop unless you feed them. I’m such a pushover that I just do it (plus i’m usually up before them anyways, take that cats!). Anywho, what Mainy says is true, they do need to know who’s boss - altho I find with cats they could give a rats ass. HAH!
All I have to say is cats make good sofa warmers…haha! Now who’s the boss?..

too bad about the water - it works with the majority of them. Does she have a little kitty bed? maybe you can leave a sweater or scarf or something that smells of you in a basket…
my cat has the habit of screaming at feeding time. I hate it and have been teaching her that it’s a no-no for me. she does not get fed until she is nice and quiet.
