Hey MiM, I was just wondering how your thyroid issues are going, are you still on meds?

I kinda just ignored it, cleaned up the diet(A TON!) and I stopped taking my meds…got retested and I THOUGHT I was ‘cured,’ but turns out I was tested against old values and basically I’m still slightly busted but haven’t done anything about it.
I have a checkup in the beginning of DEC and I will get new bloodz taken and see whats going on.

Training with a head cold and no food in the belly, probably wasn’t the brightest idea, but I loaded up with sudafed(the good kind!) and excedrin and felt alll better… I had a dream I was box squatting 185 like nothing…just reppin em out like no big deal…lol
