I am having trouble understanding how eating a Finibar (or two or three) 30-45 minutes before Anaconda allows Anaconda to be maximally effective still. I know CT and CS have been recommending this for awhile now (for those who “earn it”), but I thought the whole point of Anaconda was to get it into the bloodstream wicked fast…so how is this still possible with approximately 9 (or 18 or 27, depending on how many Finibars consumed) grams of fat sitting in your gut just 30 minutes before taking Anaconda? Won’t this slow down the absorption, and therefore the potential effectiveness, of Anaconda considerably…?

Well, if you do have a FINiBAR or two prior to training, they do recommend that you have the FINiBAR at a minimum of an hour prior to starting Anaconda. FINiBARs were originally designed for cyclists, so they digest really easily and soothe the digestion process along with pulling water into the muscles to help with hydration.
Now, what you can do is save the FINiBAR for the time period AFTER you’re done training, so you could do Anaconda during, MAG-10 pulse shortly afterwards then a FINiBAR 30min or so after the pulse. Kind of a cheaper version of what was outlined in this spill…

But as i said, if you go the other route give a minimum of an hour after you eat the FINiBAR before starting the Anaconda.
