Yeah same regardless of dose. The more you inject at once the longer you should take to inject it. You can feel immediately if your going too fast so it’s not like you can really fuck up.

Interesting, I use 29g slin needles and sometimes a little bit of pure oil comes out. I guess I should inject slower and pull back slower as well.
Yep but a little coming back out in reality isn’t going to make a big difference but mentally it’ll make you think about it so it’s better to not have it happen if you can.

Phone appt and I could barely hear him… told him trt helps… that pharmacist said every wk but, label said every 4. He said yes every 4 wks, 50 mg. I told him I read standard dose was 200 every 2 wks. “Nope”
“Would you rather go back on androgel?” I said yeah.
So, I’m in Canada… if I went to a trt doc, I’m sure my regular doc will see the labs or something, then I’d be out of a family doc considering I didn’t follow his advice. Considering he’s also my mother’s dr and I am her caregiver, I can’t risk getting the boot.
Didn’t mention labs or anything. In his only defense, i guess he has bigger fish to fry these days.
Why would your doc see labs done by another doctor at a separate practice?
I figured being it’s a controlled substance he’d know? I just picked up the testogel… and the pharmacist made sure yo tell me to bring the test cyp back and not use any more.
That’s not how it works. The Dr would not see your test results. I would just switch your primary Dr and still take your mother to the one you left.
This man is bad news for your health.

I can’t really think right now. I definitely was improving, even on testogel… the fatigue and mentally. I knew it was gonna go south when he started with “what can I do for you?”
It’s a follow up he told me to book. Then I ask for higher test and he’s probably use to shutting down those requests by possibly a lot of people who maybe don’t need it. I actually turned him down when he suggested it to me months ago. Said, I wanted to wait.
To top it off, it seems the offices of my dr and Jarvi butchered the referral through miscommunication and that’s dead in the water. We have like 2 pfs doctors in Canada and I couldn’t believe I was lucky enough to actually have a chance to see one.
I need to walk this off.
What do you think a “PFS” doctor is going to do that a basic, decent protocol of TRT won’t?
Honestly, if it’s that bad I’d just buy the T online through an UGL and take what you need to feel better.
Yes. I don’t advocate for not using a doctor, but if you had to do it on your own it’s not THAT difficult.
The PFS Doc, I was hoping would have multiple cases he could compare with… maybe fine tune something. Plus, he’d know it’s a real condition.
If anyone in Ontario goes to a trt clinic or some other avenue than a family doctor… I’d love to hear if the two have any idea what each other is prescribing/testing.
Having been to a PFS doctor, I can tell you that a trt clinic is still going to be more valuable to you. Nothing else they can do other than keep you on the high end of free t range.

When you started to improve… do you remember the early signs?
I’ve had dry skin on my face for years, now, it’s actually getting a bit oily. I’m hoping the eyes lube up.
I’ll give it another month on the gel. Ask for labs… then push him again or go somewhere else.

I actually meet someone last week, so everything happens for a reason i think.
Well, I’m at 2 months into testogel. Except a week long break in the middle in which I had 50mg of test cyp.
I guess it’s been long enough that I can sort of give a review. I honestly felt my best at 2-3 weeks and for 3 days after the test cyp shot. Mentally, I was much improved. Less fog. Sleep felt deeper. Even now I’m still doing better but maybe more fatigue.
I was waking up with erections fairly often until maybe the last few weeks. I would say erections were best probably the same period in which I felt best mentally.
The last week erections seems to be not as strong or as long. I’d say overall it’s been 50/50 in terms of ej volume… some days hardly anything and some days my normal which is nothing great.
But, it’s been hard to reach orgasm the last week.
I am 100% going to a private clinic. I just want to see if I can get my doctor to do some bloodwork first. I am sure it will my show t lower, right? Curious as to what he’d say.
I’ve read about a few recoveries with a course of proviron that I guess reset receptor sensitivity. Some were in here regarding a deca dick recovery. I’m considering the hail mary proviron experiment but if I did, I’m thinking I have to be high t. Doing 50-100mg by itself after stopping t would probably be a bad idea?
Does anyone know if t scrotal cream would be any more likely at raising dht than test cyp? And, if checking estradiol is E2 good enough or is the sensitive one much better test?
Yes there will likely be more conversion to DHT, I don’t get acne on injections quite the same as on T cream. I started T cream 6 days ago and already have acne. Last night my left lymph node felt like it was going to explode, really, really stiff (!) and my neck hurt and legs below the knee burned intensely.
I like how the cream sounds. Do you think the issues you have now have to do with the transition to cream, I assume you were on t already or the cream break-in itself? Why did you switch?
I’m pretty sure the place I will go does scrotal cream. Think it went through the Neal Rouzier training.
I’m single so any transfer issues… they will be temporary.
My blood gets too thick on injections, a blood thinner could have fixed the problem. The T creams reach a stable state in 14 days! The T cream drys faster than I thought it would, one minute!
It’s like putting on deodorant, I apply it to the inner thigh, you can apply it anywhere really. This is coming from a guy who didn’t respond at all to androgel. The erections didn’t take long, day one.
In fact I may need to lower the dosage from 200mg/20% to 100mg/5-10%. The acne started to become a problem after 5 days. Empower really doesn’t recommend scrotal application, levels get too damn high.
