Play nice everyone. No need to be focusing on who can beat up who - rather, we need to be thinking up ways to fuck over this lousy reservoir! In typical reservoir fashion, it gets a few visitors and its ego swells up like, well, a reservoir filled with water, and the next thing you know it’s acting like it’s cock of the walk, fraternizing with whorish reservoir sluts, and handing out $150 dollar fines. Fucking reservoir!

Your comparison of your actions to the Boston Tea Party is laughable. The Tea Party was an act of protest against taxation without representation which aided in the start of the Revolutionary War. They were attempting to right a wrong for the greater good, your acts are misguided aggression toward anyone that “fucks” you and you alone. You do it because it makes you feel better. Your acts help no one and actually end up costing others more money. If you really gave a shit about the greater good you would be willing to take ownership of your actions rather than have them be considered acts of vandalism that any teenager could do.

You are not an American hero, you are a thug.

And the Boston Tea Party is a case of hindsight being 20/20. At the time there were mixed reactions but we can look back on it now as a celebrated piece of American history. I don’t think anyone will remember that you vandalized a public park.
[/quote]

First of all, I wasn’t talking to you, now was I? The context I was using the Boston Tea Party was to demonstrate that I was NOT “pure aggression” and that I was coming back at the person I WAS TALKING TO with words as opposed to “fuck you, meet me anywhere and I’ll kick your ass”. You decided to butt your fucking nose in and took what I said out of context.

Do shit like that in my old neighborhood and you’d get yourself shot real quick (again, to spell it out because reading comprehension here sucks, I’m not threatening to shoot you, I’m saying that in the environment I grew up in, you minded your own business or bad things happened). And calling me a thug isn’t quite accurate but whatever. And I’ve never vandalized a public park (nice strawman). So what’s exactly your problem?

My “actions” are my choices, based on situations that I encounter in my life. If you are not in my shoes, then you are in no position to judge me or my actions. This is fucking internet forum, lighten up. And mind your own fucking business.

When two people of similar skill fight, if there is a significant size difference there is clear advantage. Now I’m not saying the big guy wins 100% of the time, but if there’s two guys of equal training in a fight, and one of them is bigger, I know who I’m putting my money on.

But now flip collar and I are not trained fighters, we’re just “average Joes”, right? For all I know, he could be a ninja or something and not have told anyone. I get it. I may have come across as arrogant because of my size. But that’s not the case. As an adult, I’ve weighed anywhere from 175 when I was in the Maryland Correctional Boot Camp Program and running ten miles a day, to 265 at my heaviest when I was playing rugby around age 29.

After retiring from rugby and getting into a more “maintenance style training” I dropped some weight - there’s no reason for me to maintain a body weight of 265 right now, it’s a pain in the ass to eat that much all the time. But I assure you, I’m still more “go” than “show”.

I believe I said something to the effect of, "I’ve got him by 50+ pounds and have had occasion to use it. Implying that I know how to handle myself. You know, in a fight. As in, I grew up in Baltimore city, the only white boy on my block three blocks from the Black Panther headquarters back in the 70’s. I got in my first fight when I was six - and I won. Now I’m not saying I won EVERY fight I ever got in, but the one’s I lost were when I was outnumbered, sucker punched, didn’t have the same weapon or was previously injured.

God gave me two gifts: I can fuck and I can fight. Add to that the fact that I’ve done martial arts or boxing in some form or another since I was 8. I’ve been shot, stabbed, chained, clubbed and had my neck broken on a chain link fence and was left for dead. Add the fact that did four years in prison, got stabbed five times, survived multiple other attacks with locks in socks or other improvised weapons and came out in one piece. I played rugby for ten years and fought my way out of more bars than I can count. I could elaborate some more, but then I’d come off as bragging, which I was trying to avoid in the first place. So when I say I’m 230 pounds and know how to use it, I mean just that.

I do not fear fighting ANY man, much less a 170 pound man. Seriously, that would be kinda like wrestling with my son (except my son is 6’5" and 185 so it would be easier). I wasn’t saying that the only reason I could kick his ass is because I’m bigger and stronger. I’m saying I can kick his ass because I’ve been kicking ass for more than 30 years now and I’m pretty good at it.

If that makes me a huge dickhead/retard, then so be it.

LMAO.

For the record, I have NEVER threatened to kick anyone’s ass in this thread. I have merely stated an obvious fact: people on internet forums say disrespectful shit that they’d NEVER say in a million years to someone’s face. Especially someone who outweighs them by more than 50 pounds. Seriously. That’s all I’m saying. Not unless they’re drunk and have five friends with them. It just doesn’t happen.

How’s life these days, AC?

The fact that you weren’t talking to me is completely irrelevant as this is, as you stated, a “fucking internet forum” an open discussion. If you intended to keep your conversation with Flipcollar private I guess you should have PM’d him. Keep in mind that it was you who equated your actions to the Boston Tea Party, I don’t see any other way to read this statement.

As for the strawman these are your comments:

"After I paid that fine, I’d be taking about two grand out of their ass. I especially like fucking the government. Let me know if you want help brainstorming a way to fuck them.

Yes, I know that some of the means of “retaliation” are against the law. Misdemeanors at most"

Please clarify where vandalism would not be involved.

Your comment about me getting shot in your old hood is moot as this is a discussion forum, not private business.

Now would you care to address my other post based on those words?

So I like to fuck the party that fucks me tenfold, so what? What business is it of yours? As a taxpayer? I think you could find bigger fish to fry than little old me if your real issue is tax dollars mis-spent, lost or wasted. And, as I said before, I don’t single out gov’t. I extract my retribution on ANY person, company, organization or entity that fucks me. Exactly how does that affect you? The truth is you don’t know WHAT I’ve done or what circumstance I’ve done it for, do you? I’ve never given specifics, have I?

In MD, it’s against the law to videotape a police officer, did you know that? Perhaps THAT was the misdemeanor I was referring to. And when he (jokingly) asked for help brainstorming, I advised him to fight it in court first, now didn’t I? So why don’t you get off your high horse, slow your roll and back the fuck up.

OP, this thread has become ridiculous. Go to court and fight the ticket. Show them a printout from the website that says the hike takes 1:45 and explain just like you did that you’re a young guy and figured you’d finish faster than average so two hours would be way more than enough time to finish. Don’t say you thought it was sunset or that the wannabe cop made you get a late start. That stuff won’t help you. Your argument is that you were mislead by the reservoir website. You can add that you started jogging when you realized you might be late.

Whatever the judge decides, just pay it and be trough with it mentally & emotionally. There are circumstances where I’d go along with AC and his ten fold rule. This is not one of them, it’s really not worth it. Good luck.

He’s not even going to have to amount that much of a defense. I’d imagine either the judge or the prosecutor will posit something like the lowest allowable fine if he simply pleads guilty to not waste time.

Life is great! I’m back home with my family, working an awesome job running all the generators and switchgear for the new metro line. It’s fifteen minutes from my house and with a company that has all the overtime I want to work with jobs projected out for the next eight years. I’m studying for my Master Electrician license for DC, MD and VA and plan to take the tests in May which will come with a nice bonus from my company.

With the chunk of money that I recently made in the oilfield down in the Gulf, I replenished good portion of the savings I had blown through paying for my grandmother’s nursing home and I’m almost back on track with my financial goals. My oldest son won regional’s and is heading to State’s for an event in indoor track as a sophomore. He is getting straight A’s and is about to earn his Eagle rank in boy scouts. My youngest is a kick ass five year old who is doing great in kindergarten. Both of them are in the 99the percentile for height and are strong, smart and healthy.

I’m looking to buy another house this summer out in Leesburg with some land while interest rates are still low. I just had a yearly check up and my cholesterol is lower than last time and other than that I’m healthy as a horse. It ain’t bad for a felon without a HS diploma.

Thanks for asking. How 'bout you and greeny?

Hey, does anyone know why edits sometimes stick and sometimes they don’t?

Anyway, OP, don’t mention your friends. You got the ticket, just talk about you. You don’t want the judge envision a picture where he could see you and your friends out there goofing off.

I agree with you that generally the bigger people win. However, as you went on in your post, the majority talked about how your past would make you a better fighter, not your size. If you bring yourself down to his weight, then still according to you then you would be able to win (which I would agree, not knowing anything about the other guy). It was more merely a blanket statement to the general public (if I was personally attacking you, I would have quoted ya  ).

Its just funny a lot of bigger guys would say they’d win because they have more muscle. Of course this is generally true if they’re both trained ie. boxers/mma etc. But when you’re out in the city, its a totally different story and I can attest to that (doing the ass-kicking and getting the ass-kicking).

Nothing messes up the reputation of a reservoir like Jason Voorhees. His career has been a little flat lately and he could probably use the work.

It would also fit in well with ACs 10x rule.

Everybody wins!
