My buddy just recently purchased some indigo, but somehow his computer won’t let him post questions so he asked me a favor, which seemingly seemed to be interestting as well (some) here are the questions:
1)Is it a good idea to be on indigo while doing IF(intermittment fasting)?
2)What happens if he stops taking Indigo for a while?
3)What are the specialization days? (I didn’t know how to explain this one)
4)What if he doesn’t have the budget for a peri-workout? but rather for cheaper supps?

First, tell him to visit the LiveSpill and he can post questions like these there, also he can read the links that are at the top of the LiveSpill before getting started.
No, Indigo-3G epartions nutrients, so you have to give it something to repartion! IF would be the worst idea when taking Indigo-3G. His diet should include a lot of lean protein sources and clean carbs. Again read the links at the top of the LiveSpill for further detail on this.
The best plan of action is to take Indigo-3G for at least 8 weeks on a consistent non-stop basis at full dosage to achieve the fat-cell fixing effects. After this period he can either go onto maintenance dose of Indigo-3G or take a break from it and only go back on in cases of mass phases or if wanting to make dieting easier. Again, read links to help this, there is a long-term strategy link to read over.
Spec days are something as a last resort that should only be done on a 6th day, however they are only used to bring up a lagging bodypart and should only be used for the 4 week phase and not any longer. But, there is plenty of volume already in the Indigo-3G programs its best to use the 2 “off” days as conditioning or sled work days or a neural charge workout.
If he can’t at least afford Surge Workout Fuel to have pre/during his sessions he may be limiting his gains and limiting taking advantage of some of Indigo’s best qualities. Now, some have used different strategies during this time but those making really great progress have used things like FINiBARs, Surge Workout Fuel, MAG-10, Anaconda around there session.
He should be getting an email to set up an Indigo-3G log, i would suggest that he sets that up and there he can post his diet, questions, etc for other members to help him out further. If he cannot post in the livespill i would have him contact technical support and they can get him situated.
