Did the fertility clinic advise you to drop the HCG as well? We’ve had a national shortage for pregnyl the last 4 months and I’m worried about getting some now.
Shortage is resolved. Fertility clinic said they don’t really know. Her exact response was I don’t know why you were on HCG. So they probably don’t know. They must go by books. I am just fucking pissed that I can’t talk to komer and have to wait till end of may for apt with this Dr Fisher urologist.

I hear ya man, I’ll also keep you in the loop. I’ve been having panic attacks all week as I still don’t have children and the thought of being permanently infertile over 18 months of trt alongside HCG is eating at me. I’m praying that cutting the test will boost my numbers enough to where IUI is at least an option. I’m not totally shooting blanks, just low conenctration (12 million).
Also what made you choose dr Fischer? Was it what your GP recommended? I’m going to start researching urologists that specialize and treat male infertility.
Before T first try had my first. We will be good. Just time I think. We have to stay positive. Healthy is key.
Fertility gave me referral to Fischer and my GP said he was good as well. One fertility Burlington.
Clomid Would be not though pharmacy so not my first choice. I’m hesitant as I have anxiety and anything new or changes always scares me. Hence this whole thread lol.
And experience with Anastrozole or **Tamoxifen since clomid isn’t available here. If FSH is most viable option I may try that route. Just trying to get the most information.
Yes. I used HCG for 1000 IU thrice per week with 100 mg T for TRT. I have two kids because of it.
More importantly what does your doctor recommend over dudes on the internet?

What concentration they said would be good enough for IUI?
The clinic said it needs between 8 to 10 million after the sperms been washed.
So to what concentration before washing does that translate to?
Not sure yet, have an appointment the fertility clinic in 2 weeks.

Edit; just realized something, you mentioned you weren’t to sure if you we’re administering your HCG correctly. Did you reconstitute the entire 10ml bac water into the powder, .4ml on an insulin syringe 3x a week? Also where were you injecting the HCG?

After seeing urologist 3 weeks ago said stop HCG and take clomid. Feel like absolute dogshit. On 25mg daily anxiety is horrible and mood is fucked. Side note I do take SSRIs for anxiety anyways. I’m thinking to go back on the HCG for the restart protocol. Any suggestions. Havnt got blood work yet while on clomid but blood work prior to clomid is posted below.

Basically what I’m asking is, stop clomid and restart HCG? Or better to stop all together and try natural. Once wife gets pregnant getting right back on the T.
You need FSH together with your HCG.
So continue with clomid and restart HCG as well is what you are saying. Sorry if I sound dumb
