I’m going to ignore that Thor comment for now. Thor without the hammer can lift 100 tons and is the best warrior Asgard has. Who else do you know that can fight Hulk, Juggernaut, and Silver Surfer one on one.
Lady Death, I’m not sure. She never seemed that powerful.
Starfire…no…I can’t imagine her being on the level on Wonder Woman or Green Lantern.
Silver Surfer was a herald of Galactus, so he has a taste of the Power Cosmic at his control. The man created life. He created life! Uber matter manipulation. Flies beyond the speed of light and he can augment his strength beyond 100 tons.

Odin trapped Thor in Donald blake’s body to teach him humility. Thor has been seperate from Blake for probably 10-20 years in real time.
Thor is a God, but he isn’t a spoiled one. He’s fought wars, went on journeys, won and lost battles, all without Mjornir(His hammer). He didn’t receive the Hammer until early adult hood.
