In my opinion, FWIW, splitting a Sustanon dose serves only to deprive you of sufficient quantities of the short esters while you wait for the long ester to accumulate. 250 mg of Sustanon every two weeks gave me a Total T of 479. Not terribly wonderful. I considered going to every 10 days, but honestly it didnāt make sense for me. It was an experiment. Sustanon runs around $9 or $10 here I think, Cypionate or Enanthate 250 mg /2mL runs less than half that and comes with a syringe and alcohol wipe in the box. So for me, taking the shots closer together failed to make economic sense. I expect it would be reasonable to run Sustanon at 250 mg a week for 3-6 weeks to load the long ester and then dial it back to every ten days and see where you sit. And I bloated a lot LESS on Sustanon for some reason.
