I’m dying to see this fight. If for no other reason than to see Fedor tear this gargantuan guy in half and find out what the fuck the Japanese are feeding their fighters nowadays, the guy is huge.

I sat there thinking why does this idiot look familiar. Then when it got to the stare down I remembered and thought oh yeah, this is going to be good this guy (Thompson)gets his clock cleaned. Boy was I disappointed.
Four minutes that video took. Damn it the fight didn’t take a quarter as long as that video.

don’t follow MMA much but heard Fedor is great. Now I’ve watched few fights and really only people I recognized-I only know few recent fighters, from like the 3 UFC’s Ive wathced- was cro crop. Now this cro crop guy has basically sucked in UFC, so who else has this Fedor guy fought who is a good fighter?

He has fought Big Nog 3 times, 1 to win his title, 2nd was a NC cut at final conflict 2004 final match, they fought for HW title and tournament title later. He has fought cro cop which at its time was the biggest fight ever in MMA. Some of his other great fights are against Health Herring mma, at the time Herring was ranked top 5. Same with his fight against Fujita where he almost got knocked out. The Fujita fight also have one of the best calls in MMA history I believe when quadros goes “OH MY GOD FEDOR IS IN HUGE TROUBLE” and he comes back to win in the next minute. Also last new years he fought Mark Hunt which was a very good fight.

Also check this out. Randleman may not be the greatest opponent, but this was one of the most memorable scenes in MMA in my opinion (0:58), especially Fedor surviving it and winning the match…
