I stopped the AI and HCG last month. The scale went up 10lbs. I’m waiting on my body to adjust. I actually feel much better mood wise. I’m not as angry and I haven’t been snapping at my kids. My libido is coming back, etc. I’m not as lean as I was last fall. I’m not doing 1 hour cardio 4-5 times a week anymore. I’m still strict in my diet, but my GF likes to drink and I have been drinking with her a bit. I can’t eat the same foods (sweet potatoes/ brussel sprouts, eggs) I used to eat daily because I have GI issues which were okay when it was just me, but in polite company…
For reference, my arms are 17.5 in. Waist is 33/34 depending on bloat.
Dude, this thing is the truth. I had a green one I ran over with a forklift, and dropped so many times all of the rubber and screen fell off. Still hit like a charm.
He dropped his too, and the box just stopped working. So he got that one. I’m thinking about upgrading since I’ve had mine for a while now, and the atomizer is having difficulty being read.
Currently running CT’s Complete Power Look (which is slowly being bastardized into Loganator’s Complete Upper Body Look). Here’s the final set of 6x175lbs for a total of 30 reps at bodyweight going overhead. Really happy to be able to do this much volume at a decent weight with no lateral epicondylitis pain.
Also started training calves 6 months ago due to the ADD challenge thread, I think they’re growing but they’re growing sideways rather than backwards so side angle isn’t very telling. Maybe they really aren’t all genetics…
Had intended to share a check-in photo - I took a few before heading out of town and deloading. But, honestly, there is very little difference between my initial pic and my current look. I think I’ve gained some lat size incrementally. But it isn’t a massive gain and my back is probably my best/most responsive body part anyway.
Maybe I’ll share something at the midway point (March 15-ish). It just seems like a pic now would only just confirm that I’m still in the game. So I’ll just say it instead: I’m still in the game and all is just fine.
Gave the axle a go for the first time this morning. Managed 210 (it’s a 70 pound axle). This felt really good despite being difficult. I think I’m going to have to make a run at these and see what I can do.
About 7 weeks into carnivore and my weight has been holding pretty steady at 189. I’m fairly certain this is the leanest I’ve been at this weight. I’ve go some chest and lower ab veins showing up.
