Favre's a Douche

I agree, he could have leveled the guy…he probably just panicked and didn’t want to risk a collision if the guy saw him coming all of the sudden. Yah it was douche move, but he’s not a douche…

He’s still got it…His last two seasons were great! Both winning…I’m pretty sure the jets had a better record with him…

Don’t be hatin cause your not a legend like he is…

Favre is easily one of the top 5 QB’s of all time whether you all like it or not. Yeah he throws a lot of interceptions, but at least he has the balls to try and make plays rather than throw the ball away half the damn game. The man hasn’t missed a game in what 16 years and hes been hurt how many times?? That is a true T-man right there. I seriously doubt he was trying to hurt anyone and he certainly doesn’t have a history of trying to either. Favre finally has a running game behind him it’s gonna be an interesting year.

As off this morning he said the knee was fine and he’s taking the high road as far as ripping Favre for the hit.

I think Favre is going to have a bounty on his head this year. Every week someone is going to want to be the “guy” who ends his bullshit unretirment.

On a side note Pacman Jones just signed a contract with the Winnepeg Bluebombers of the CFL. Didn’t say for how much. Maybe they can pay him in Canadian Tire money lol. He’d never know the differance. [/quote]

For Pete’s sake brother, Winnipeg, not Winnepeg.

I expected more from one of my northern brethren.

Pac Man deal is dead. He couldn’t get across the border.

Favre is addicted to painkillers; in iron man stat he had is moot.

He should’ve just extended his hand and introduced himself to the guy…whatshisname would have been honored to shake Farvrera’s hand, effectively removing himself from the play.

The Vikings could work this play in every game…Faverrah could line up at WR and start chatting up the defense…maybe sign a few autographs…give away some wranglers…while the defense is thus preoccupied…run a quick 31 dive and it’s off to the races!

Top 5 of all time? I don’t think so. He’s not even the greatest Packer quarterback of all time. Bart Starr is. In addition to him, I’d take these guys over Favre: Dan Marino, Joe Montana, John Elway, Steve Young, Terry Bradshaw, Otto Graham, Peyton Manning, Johhny Unitas, Tom Brady, Sammy Baugh.

Dan Marino couldn’t win when it counted and all of his record have been broken by who?

Joe Montana is a great quarter back top 5 for sure.

John Elway was a great quarter back as well, but take away the great running game the Bronco’s had for many of his years and his career would probably be much different.

Steve Young really? He was good, but not as good as Favre. Once again take away the greatest receiver of all time in Jerry Rice and what would Steve Young really have done.

Terry Bradshaw was a great competitor, but not a great quarterback even though he won several rings.

Otto Graham I’ll take your word i don’t know anything about him.

Peyton Manning is a great quarter back now, but lets wait and see how is career plays out.

Johnny Unitas is probably the greatest of all time.

Tom Brady is way over rated. He has one stand out year, a great year for sure, but once again lets see how his career plays out. He may not be the same player he was a few years ago and how long will Randy Moss be the receiver he was 2 years ago?

Oh and the comment about Favre being addicted to pain killers is stupid. Yes he was addicted early in his career, but to say that is why he has been able to play 200+ games in a row is ridiculous. He has played with broken bones for crying out loud.

He was fined that should be the end of it.
