Favorite TRT Provider? In Detail, Why?

I really appreciate you responding I made the mistake of asking my provider if there was anything more I could do to add to my trt routine to boost my muscle growth well I went on Deca a very small amount but my routine changed from two injections of Tennessee a week to three injections with deca I cannot tell you how bad my moods were and how awful I felt my blood pressure shot through the roof

Is this the one @wanna_be uses? If I was going to go back to Dr prescribed TRT, I’d probably use them. The prices seem really good imo. Defy was fine though. Just their shipping was rough if I wasn’t right on the ball.

I’ve been going to the same urologist for 20 years and who I’ve been recommending on here for those nearby.

Office visit with blood work costs with insurance per year: $150
Testosterone cypionate: $84.00 per year with insurance

Total: $234.00 per year

Why is he my favorite? I never went to anyone else but he fixed my problem, helped me have two kids, answers all my questions, and I never waited in his office for more than 15 minutes.

Summary of information from director of “popular/leading” TRT/TOT clinic. This ellipse covers vast majority of the patients (>10,000 patients). Median dosing is 140 mg/week (range is 100 to 180 mg/week for most). You can see what that means in terms of mean TT levels (about half in range and the other half above range for mean TT). This graph collapses all the dosing strategies (E7D, E3.5D, EOD, ED) onto one plot using approach I shared previously:

mean/trough ratio peak/trough ratio peak/mean ratio check math
q7d 1.60 2.13 1.33 1.33
q3.5d 1.20 1.40 1.10 1.17
qod 1.09 1.14 1.05 1.05
qed 1.03 1.05 1.02 1.02

After a lot of argue with Danny (and to be fair and unbiased once I had the data) I wanted to share this plot as it shows many many guys are running supra at some point of all of the week and seeming to do well. Long term who knows. I respect the MD I got this info from so you can see the median is very close (140 mg/week) to Danny’s touted starting dosage of 150 mg/week. This provider is not running his patients to fT levels of 30-50 or 50+ ng/dl but there are a good fraction running up to 30 ng/dl.

Good luck everyone. It’s a brave new world.

Update: i am going with Defy. Tier 1 looks great if you have specialized needs but seems a bit expensive comparatively.

Thanks all for input!

I recommend asking for Dr Caulkins. Hes a little more costly than a PA but he knows his stuff.

Wow I can see it manifesting already! I hope it works well for @Andrewgen_Receptors

In reality, from my experience, my physique changed drastically. I should post before and afters… I just hate posting pics of myself as I’m not a selfie guy. Also, I’m afraid I would eventually accidently post something revealing to myself . Either way it was pretty epic. Here’s the thing. I NEEDED it. I’ve known several guys to jump on TRT with mid range testosterone and they are like… ‘why don’t I get your results?’. Well… you have your answer.

My transformation was pretty good too, but more so just losing fat, with a bit of extra muscle. I don’t look as good as Jay Cutler. Mine was a bit above the bottom of the range.

I had been lifting for quite awhile before hand though. I was strong and fat. I think the extra fat allowed me to have a pretty good amount of muscle with low T.

I’ll be doing this so others who are in my position can have some information at their disposal. I’ve had a few guys around my age with similar symptoms contact me because they’re on the fence as well; i hope my journey can be helpful to them.

I guess I’m confused by this. If you don’t really need a doctor because you already know what you need, why go this route? Is this ‘generous’ Dr Mike by chance? Lol

I only say that because I’ve had good experience with him. He’s smart but also ‘flexible’.

No, but I was with Dr. Mike. IMO, he was pretty good, and seemed pretty systematic. I think that is important to dialing things in.

Probably a good that’s not his name because Mike Caulkins means something else entirely when said out loud

Which other sites are you referring to?? This is the only one I know

Has anyone figured bout why if someone is on TRT why they would still need to use cialis ifbTRT is doing why it is suppose todo.

TRT isn’t a panacea and doesn’t always effectively treat everyone’s ills.
