Right @systemlord .
Exactly. I take a beta blocker and a ARB for blood pressure. And am sure that contributes to ED. Married over 20 years… Gets pretty vanilla - could be another reason haha. I still am horny ASF.
Am perfectly happy needing d pills. Who has time for foreplay.
TRT is not a treatment for ED, since there are non-hormonal issues for ED as well as hormonal. Cialis helps cover that.
also, Cialis is awesome for pumps in the gym and helps lower BP a little.

Other then trauma or physiological issues it would have to be hormonal unless there is another factor that causes ED that I could be missing. Cialis will not work if your hormones are out of balance. But the thing is if you have never had trauma or physiological issues then hormones is the culprit. Especially if there is blood work to prove it. If that is the case and your testosterone is low then TRT should in theory help resolve that issue. Now given the fact that not only testosterone contributes to ED but TRT should not make it worse
So can you explain to me the meaning behind this drug ? What does it actually treat or replenish ?
Diabetes, blood pressure issues, lipid issues, mental blocks, stress, over-stimulation (I guess that’s mental). Anyway, yeah there’s lots of reasons. Cialis is a great overall med anyway
this study is just on how cialias has a effect on the endothelial cells and it’s only a modest effect if even that. A lot of research still needs to be done.
