Favorite TRT Provider? In Detail, Why?

If i was going full performance TOT there is another clinic down the road that is very generous but i get a weird feeling when my provider Rx’s more than i think is generous. Kinda like your parents letting you do drugs in the house i would imagine.

Makes me feel dirty. Having a menu also probably doesnt help the optics. Like feeling really excited and scared at the same time.

Sorry, could you expand on this? FFMI<30 describes like 99% of lifters, even many that are enhanced… not sure how it relates to symptom relief.

(my FFMI is likely between 25-27)

Appreciate the graph but the wife has since moved providers and she is on T/E pellets and oral progesterone. She feels great under this regimen. Her libido is back baby!! LOL

He is saying his symptom is being too small.

FFMI of 30 is absurdly big. At 5’10" I would have to have a lean mass of 208 lbs to have an FFMI of 30. At 10% BF, I would have to weigh 231 lbs.

Basically nobody can do that without drugs. Most need a lot of drugs.

Little change in the numbers (25 → 28 FFMI) is a huge difference.

Sorry meant ffmi > 30 goal as in ffmi < 30 is a “symptom”. Good clarification.

Natesto while preserving hpta probably wont resolve gainz deficiency just fyi.

I am going to need trenbolone introduction therapy to fix that symptom.

I think that is Costa Rica. We had a guy on here claiming he was getting that at legit pharmacy down there.

Although I admittedly have lifters’ dysmorphia, I also recognize I’m in the far end of developed comparative to the rest of the pedestrians. While I need to be huge, I don’t need to be hyoooge, if that makes any sense… I want to set a good precedent for the little one. I can do that within physiological levels.

Fyi…

Then test drive the natesto/troche for pulse or you know the risks with more constant TT options. Good luck sorting through the options. Its Murica, we got it all except the compounded tren or primo.

If you want a Breaking Bad feel then there is also dmso transdermal approach with benzyl alcohol co-solvent. But i am not confident of the PK profile with that. Look up BigTex on EM. Seems like overkill for someone not wanting to skirt the law.

LOL at this thread.

You said to run 2 doses daily even though recommended dose is 3 to avoid the HPTA shutdown. Recommendations on dosage timing? The nasal spray sounds more effective comparatively to the troche.

Everything I do has to be legal, so I’d rather not operate in some grey area.

Recommended is 3 (symptom relief) but IIRC there is a study showing less shutdown with 1 or 2. Saya mentions his experience shows 1 or maybe 2 better option if you want to avoid even partial hpta effects.

Once in morning and one early afternoon to avoid cns effects at night. Talk it over with one of those providers with clinical experience and see what they say. Make them earn that consult fee.

Minimum effective dose for a pretty functional hpta like yours. You are on the frontier of a whole new world of T therapy maybe?

@tareload @swoops39 @wanna_be @blshaw @studhammer (and anyone else who wants to comment)

I decided to pull the trigger on TRT; looking for a clinic. I know @blshaw and @tareload (and I also assume @mnben87) have recommended or use Defy and I have already reached out to them. After some digging, I also heard some strong recommendations for Tier 1 Health and Wellness. Anyone have experience with them? I will have to telehealth for either option because I’m located in Cali.

Also, curious as to the cost I could be expecting for either/both or any other provider if someone has details about this. Interested in Test injections (sorry @tareload ) only at the moment.

Say it ain’t sooo…. Lol. I go through Defy. No issues. I wouldn’t say they are anything special but they fill my meds on time which is all I need.

Trying to leave this hellscape but I got bills to pay off before I can jump over to sunny Florida.

I think this is pretty fair tbh. With the wealth of knowledge that is in this forum, along with some others (which are more specifically TRT oriented), I don’t know how much ‘help’ I really need from a professional outside of prescription access, unless some wild complications arise.

I can advise I use Defy and I am very happy with them. Florida here.

This is what I kinda figured. Trust me you will be armed with the same or more knowledge than half the PAs working at either clinic. Just pick who can fill your meds that fastest for the best overall price. There are some more “flexible” clinics out there if you eventually want to try drugs that shouldn’t be scripted but are in fact scripted all the time.

@ blshaw Have you used DECA before or have any knowledge on it?

You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better clinic for male hormones than Defy Medical, Dr. Saya is top tier, Dr. Calkins is his right hand man and even Mike, a PA is impressive.

Yes in both therapeutic doses and cycling doses. Ironically I used it 20 years ago at about 400mg/Wk without issue. I gave up PEDs until I was put on TRT about 6 years ago. I had a clinic script me Nandrolone (deca) at 200mg/Wk. Caused me ED issues and weird mood issues. I won’t touch the stuff again. If you can handle it without sides is a great drug for joint pain and mass gain even in smallish doses like 200mg/Wk.
