Favorite Superhero or Villian

I have been looking around at a lot of posts and I have noticed a lot of avatars that are of superheros or supervillians. Indeed, my own avatar is of Namor, cause I want my body to eventually look like a tattooed real life version of his.

So, I decided to start this post asking all you cats and kittens out there: Who is your favorite superhero or supervillian.

Mine happens to be the elite assassin, Elektra Natchios
(see my photos and look at the tattoo on my left arm. One of four Elektra inspired tattoos)

Mine use to be Spider-Man, well still is, but now I’m more for the villans

Simply because of the fact that he’s just a normal guy who’s fucked up in the head and trained himself to be a bad-ass, I’d probably have to go with Batman. I know that’s a little cliche, but he’s just so much easier to relate to than anyone with “special” powers.

I pretty much like 'em all, though.

Best villan: Hopper from “A Bug’s Life”

Superhero: Bugs Bunny when he dressed up like a Marine. (the cartoon was about a superman-like hero that bug’s kept changing into with a baggy costume. At the end he said “now it’s time to change into a REAL superhero”, then he jumped into a phone booth and came out wearing a Marine uniform.

this guy rocks too

I always liked Wolverine. He was (still is I guess) more of an anti-hero, bucking authority, dispatching bad guys instead of turning them in. He had attitude coming out of his ears.

Is that Tom Cruise wearing a Superman t-shirt? Did he escape from the Scientology celebrity center again? That Tom, always goofin’ around…

j/k

Tom Cruise?

When it comes to established superheroes/villians, I like Spidey and Venom.

With a lot of luck and a little luck, hopefully a new superhero will be included in these discussions. Stay tuned…

Me again… Im a big geek FYI.

Also a fan of Emma Frost, just cause she’s a deceptive, calculating, “diamond” hard core b!tch!

Oh and the Black Widows. Love bad a$$ chicks who kill people i guess.

Naw… its Superboy from Teen Titans. He’s a clone with spliced DNA of Superman and Lex Luthor.

If i remember correctly, hes dead now.

Frost, you seem to be a fan of the female characters, so I have to throw out two of my top five books of all time, both co-created and originally drawn by Michael Turner:

Fathom

and Witchblade.

Yeah i like the chick characters best… Dont get me wrong… Punisher, Daredevil, Gamit, Mr. Sinister, Wolverine, Namor, Batman, Catman, the Joker, and Nick Fury all hold a special place in my heart, but its all about the killer kick ass chicks for me.

Elektra is #1 though. Nobody does it better then an assassin dressed in red. Love the total “Im wearing red, there is no way you cant see me, but somehow i managed to sneak up and cut you so fast that u are still standing… as a pile of stacked up body parts!”

I also preffer my characters dark… and tend to cheer on the villians.

This new crop of female characters with rediculous bodies and costumes is a little perverted and juvenile to me. More for guys to jerk off to than tell a story about right and wrong. Just go buy a Playboy or something. Wonder Woman is down-right prudish compared to these gals.

While my avatar is currently Captain America (with whom I became much more interested after reading some New Avengers and the Civil War series), my #1 is still the Dark Knight.

She does???

I kinda like it! And not for the whole jerkin off thing… you should remember from a previous thread of yours that… well… never mind.

I’ll give you Emma looks trampy, she always has, thats part of her appeal. But let us all remember that comics, both guys and girls, are about SUPER humans… they gotta be hot!
