What is everyone favorite 3 sources of carbs in meals for food, not via supps or para workout sources?
bread and fruit are my main sources
Wheat bread cause its easy, oatmeal, sweet potato. I’ll grab some Ezekiel if I’m feeling frisky.

Buckwheat Flour, Fruit, and beans
steel cut oats (awesome stool development), brown rice and sweet potatoes.

‘good’ carbs can kiss my ass. If I’m eating carbs it better damn well count.
Fruit, oats, yams, black beans, some in cottage cheese. No processed flour or rice.

Oh, yes. My great-grandfather always ate those for breakfast with butter and pepper. I LOVE the texture!
