Favorite Sources of Carbs

What is everyone favorite 3 sources of carbs in meals for food, not via supps or para workout sources?

bread and fruit are my main sources

Wheat bread cause its easy, oatmeal, sweet potato. I’ll grab some Ezekiel if I’m feeling frisky.

fruit, oatmeal, raw honey, organic fat free milk, ezekiel bread, sweet potatoes.

Surprised no one has mentioned Coleman’s breakfast carbs: Grits! Gives you a nice break from oatmeal

Buckwheat Flour, Fruit, and beans

steel cut oats (awesome stool development), brown rice and sweet potatoes.

only carbs i really eat

‘good’ carbs can kiss my ass. If I’m eating carbs it better damn well count.

Fruit, oats, yams, black beans, some in cottage cheese. No processed flour or rice.

Oh, yes. My great-grandfather always ate those for breakfast with butter and pepper. I LOVE the texture!
