So, I started another log on here and (for those of you who choose to read my nonsense) you know that I add an inspiring quote to each workout…

Well, I am getting tired of scouring the web for these when I know many of you already have some great ones at the front of your minds.

So anyone have any good ones that inspire you to work harder, be better, or are insightful off the top of your heads?

This quote was posted many years back on here by a poster who’s friend’s dad was dying of cancer if I remember correctly. Apparently the dad told this to him at the time. I read it and loved it, memorized it and used to repeat it to myself daily.
