Favorite Programs When On?

toss out some of your fav. programs when you’re on. I’ve been tossing around a couple different ones- which I probably shouldn’t, but oh well…
Right now I’m running the 30 mass, and mixing in a bit of DC just for fun.

Just heavy and frequent for me bro. If I have this improved recuperation and strength gains, I’m going to push each body part as soon as it feels ready to go. Gear is too much of a pain in the ass to acquire, and too much money to waste my cycle with off days.

I’ve moved more to a philosophy of planning about the minimum needed to fully maintain for say 80-85% of the body, and training the bejesus out of the remaining 15-20% in any given week.

It’s one thing where in a place where everything can gain at some reasonable pace at the same time, but you know a lot of lifters are at a place where in fact they are only a few lb more muscular than last year, it’s simply how it is.

No one who let’s say was 160 lb in lean condition at an adult age when starting training, and put on 40 lb muscle with natural training, is then going to put on 20 lb muscle per year every year for the next 10 years or what have you, no matter how fine the drugs. A point where it is hard and slow to gain will occur. And if the lifter does not have the genetics to be “huge” this will occur before being huge.

This approach helps deal with that. The chosen bodyparts can be hit with much more work for each muscle than would be possible if training the entire body fairly equally, and this can make the difference between making an obvious gain in selected areas, or no obvious gain.

(Of course if talking about the difference between having been “off” and being “on” everywhere can see a rapid gain due to increased glycogen and water storage and better pump on the androgens. But what I was referring to is gain after being off, compared to pre-cycle.)
