The power rack, followed by the squat rack, except when sufiandy is curling in it. Then it’s the barbell as a beating stick.

Hip abductor
really? I used to think it was a pointless machine but having seen Kai Greene use it I don’t know anymore…maybe I should start doing it
Bonez did you mean the hip “adduction” machine? I like the adduction one. Has brought up my adductors up a lot. (inner thigh for those who don’t know what the hell I’m talking about)
hip adduction=good girl
hip abduction=bad girl
My favorite is that ass leg raise machine. I need to find a pic. Watching the gym sluts do that thing gives me instant wood.
Yoga mat and Reebok stair stepper, adjustable of course.

I tend to be a barbell only guy with some D.B work, but I absolutely love using this Hammer Strength supinated chest supported lat pull machine, I like the stretch that I get when almost fully extened… it’s a upper back attack
Hammer Strength back machines are some of the best. We have four different ones in our school, and I do love using them.

This. Try googling ass machine and see what you get. HAHA
lol that’s a reverse hyper machine…Awesome, to bad the gym that had one over here closed down.![]()

x2. Earlier this year a girl with massive boobs was doing that, I was checking out her rack and when I looked up she was looking right at me. Awkward, but totally worth it.

Plate loaded Seated Dip

for your tris or chest?
For your tris, you can load the machine with alot of weight and really isolate your tris.
If I’m trying to hit my chest with dips I use the bodyweight version with a forward lean and a wide grip.
Cool, now if I could only find a gym around where I live with plate loaded machines since I always wanted to try them out.
Nautilus Pullover Machine. Love it for lats since I cant do pullovers with DBs.
Another neat trick is to stand in front of it and get it into the down position and turn around (face away) and use it to mimic bench dips with your triceps and not having to worry about 4 plates on your lap.
Close second is Hip Extension/Hip Flexor machine. The one with the round pad, great for kickbacks/hams/glutes after stiff leg DL.
It seems most of you guys prefer the lever machines whether plate loaded or connected to a weight stack instead of the cable ones which I prefer, even though I have been unable to try most of the ones mentioned due to my gym.
Oly bar with plates AND collars that fit!
Smith machine.
No worries about spots.
