XMen is my all around favorite with Dark Phoenix or the Goblin Queen as my favorite character.
and I got into DarkChylde and DV8, the Blush character
Dark Phoenix was cool.
hell yea cool topic! Thor is the best, then batman, and lastly captin america.
It really sucked though when Captain America decided he was a drug user due to the super-soldier serum, and had it removed from his blood so as to be a natural. Lame.
I forget how that worked out.
Thank you, OctoberGirl. I was beginning to think that I was the only one on earth that appreciated the warlord. I have almost the entire series/crappy tie up series. I think I’m missing like 2 issues.

He was great! I got a little tired of the chick saying, “no one touches Tara save Travis Morgan” and then she would cut off their hand.
I grew up with three comic heroes. Spider Man struck a cord with me when I was very young, “With great power comes great responsibility.” I was also a huge fan or Sgt. Rock and the Joe Beachhead.

I hated the later issues where the artist changed and the storyline got kinda lame. I think it peaked right around the Rostov storyline, the finding of the hellfire sword, and the age of wizard kings.
On a semi-exciting note. Mike grell himself along with DC is going to start up the series again!!! That might possibly be the best 35th anniversary celebration for anything, ever.
Can’t forget Cerebus the Aardvark.
