Any complex (barbell, sandbag, kb) paired with a loaded carry has got to be one of my favorites⦠not sure if this is the correct use of the word favorite. The combination of the higher rep complex work followed by a heavy carry seems to leave me crushed but strong feeling, if that makes any sense. Iād include sandbag runs and prowler pushes in the loaded carry category for this case.
