What is your favorite brand?? I have taken spectrum, but don’t know about its quality. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When I used to buy it , that’s the brand I would buy. As long as it says “virgin” coconut oil on it you’re fine. I’d stick with that brand though. Don’t ever waste extra money on that shit that says “Extra virgin this or that”. All crocks of shit…
Right now all I use coconut oil (alongside castrol oil) for is…my silky black hair lol keeps shit healthy/shine on some Fonzie stylo 
I use the Vitamin Shoppe brand, as it’s the cheapest I can find locally and is excellent.
I’ve bought it quite cheap off of iherb…Nutiva brand, I think. Great discounts for quantity, super cheap shipping, and there are always 5% off discounts floating around the internet.
Coconoil bought online
I use Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin. It is very good and inexpensive through Amazon.

Exra virgin doesn’t mean anything for coconut oil, it’s just marketing
Not sure about the extra virgin, but virgin coconut oil varies widely.
Coconut smell and taste is much more pronounced in the extra virgin oil we buy.
Production methods do vary with some companies using heat and chemicals.
