What is everyone’s favorite meals that are bodybuilder friendly? Most of us know what we should be eating, but how does everyone go about it without getting sick of eating the same all the time?
I’m looking for some new ideas on how to prepare meals that taste good, but are also full of all the good stuff your body wants and needs to grow.
Chicken breast with salt and pepper or a bit of BBQ sauce is getting a bit boring to eat!
